Top floor condo unit (3rd floor walk up) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dish washer, 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms, in unit washer and dryer and 2 outdoor seating areas.

This unit includes two sides that are connected.

This property includes a beautiful outdoor pool, easy walking paths to the beach, tennis court, play ground for your kiddos, volleyball area and basket ball courts.

Located in Duck North Carolina, you can easily walk, ride bikes or drive to near by restaurants, shops and of course the famous Duck Donuts!

Upon check-in you will receive parking passes for 3 vehicles for parking at your condo area. if additional parking is needed an overflow parking lot is located at the front of the resort.

*Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Please check with the Front Desk for early use of the resort amenities on check-in days. (If you arrive before check-in you can access the pool and beach while you wait for your condo to be ready).
*All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to resort.
*Children under 12 years must always be accompanied by a parent throughout the resort.
