Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Duck and only 475 feet to the nearest beach access, Just Ducky offers your family everything you need for the perfect Outer Banks vacation!

Walk or ride your bike to all of the shops and restaurants that the charming, pedestrian-friendly Town of Duck has to offer! Stroll on the soundfront boardwalk, extending nearly a mile along the Currituck Sound and dotted with local businesses, or take in an evening summer concert at the Duck Town Park. You can park your car and not use it all week!

The large, private 14x28 saltwater pool is perfect for enjoying long days in the sun. Head to the screened-in bar area complete with a TV to cool off with a refreshing drink! For your convenience, there is also a half bath near the pool area.

Inside, a large top level great room boasts a living area with comfortable seating, a dining area for 10, and an updated kitchen with countertop seating and stainless steel appliances. A full bath, a cozy queen bedroom, a screened-in porch, and a sun deck with plenty of seating complete the top level at Just Ducky.

On the mid level, a den offers seating and a TV, perfect for sneaking away to read a book or for family game night. Five bedrooms can be found on this level, including a king en suite, a king bedroom, an en suite with 2 twin beds, an en suite with 2 bunk beds, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with a Foosball table. A full hall bath and a hall laundry closet round out the mid level at this well-equipped home.

Rinse off the day in the outdoor shower before cooking up dinner on the charcoal grill or enjoy a game of horseshoes!

OCD-17 is in close proximity to OCD-187 and OCD-189 to accommodate larger family gatherings.

For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.

The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October.

Just Ducky includes a credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
