The Rooms
There is one kitchen and living room, one big bedroom with 2 beds (a double bed, 2,00 x 1,60 and a sofa bed, 2,00 x 1,60) and one small bedroom with a sofa bed, 1,90 x 1,40. The rest room is relatively small but fully equipped with a shower and a washing machine.


The Location
The apartment is near 2 of the most beautiful beaches of Kythnos, Simousi and Gaidouromantra. The location is ideal for sup. snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, relaxation and of course sunbathing.
The road was newly constructed in 2026
