A moose passed by my igloo several times during my stay and I was able to get some decent photos of the aurora borealis. In the winter you can take a short walk across the river and see the sites of Jakkasjärvi, which includes the world famous Ice Hotel. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. The washrooms are in the main building, about 15 meters away, which is the only negative point. But if you can overlook it, you shouldn't miss it. It is located on the outskirts of Kiruna, which is why it is very quiet, especially at night. I haven't slept so well in a long time."
