Just a short stroll from Kirkwood Mountain Resort’s main village and lifts, this unit sleeps up to 6 with a king and twin murphy bed in one bedroom, and a queen murphy and queen sleeper sofa in the main room. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private patio with meadow views. Access shared amenities including a hot tub, common area with games, BBQ, and outdoor dining. Underground parking and ski locker included.



The Space:

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath unit at The Meadows, the perfect base for your year-round adventures! Located just a short stroll from the ski lifts at Kirkwood Mountain Resort, this inviting retreat sleeps up to ~6 guests, making it ideal for a family or small group.



The unit includes a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, and a cozy fireplace to enjoy after a day of outdoor activities. Step outside to your small private patio facing the meadows—ideal for sipping a cup of coffee or enjoying a moment of quiet with the mountain air.



In addition to your private space, you'll have access to fantastic shared amenities, including a hot tub to unwind (hot tub only open during ski season), a large common area with fireplaces and tables for games, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. The shared outdoor dining patio is perfect for enjoying meals under the open sky.



In the winter, take advantage of the downhill skiing at Kirkwood or explore the cross-country ski trail right behind the building. During the warmer months, discover nearby hiking trails and lakes for fishing and outdoor exploration.



BED CONFIGURATION

- The bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed and a twin murphy bed, providing a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement.

- In main living area, you'll find a queen murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa, offering additional space for everyone to relax. Please note that the space can feel a bit tight when when the murphy bed and sleeper sofa are open, so those are recommended to be put back during day use.



After a day of outdoor activities, relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to your stay.



PARKING: For added convenience, enjoy underground parking for one vehicle and permitted street parking for another vehicle during your stay.



Amenities during ski season:



1) SKI LOCKER: Enjoy a ski locker to securely store your gear during your stay.



2) SHORT WALK TO LIFTS OR SHUTTLE: The Meadows is positioned between chair 5 and chair 7. It’s a very short walk to the lift (about 5 minutes) or you can choose to take the shuttle for a 1-2 min ride.



3) HOT TUB: available in common area during the ski season.

Pets are permitted only with prior approval from the owner and an additional cleaning fee.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole unit with private deck for viewing the meadow. The common areas include quiet spaces for remote working, games, hot tub (during ski season only) and common BBQ on deck.
