"The facilities are immaculate. The location is about a 10 minute walk to town center which is not a problem if you are able to walk. We had a car and the parking was perfect. Cara does a wonderful job of keeping in touch with you. We had the double room and if you have large luggage it could be a little tight but we only brought in what we could need for the night. Once again, the room and bathroom were very clean!"

We took a longer walk over the nearby bridge to see the beach and old fort. Breakfast was also really good, and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant with a view of the marina. "Upon check in the room my colleague got, was not cleaned. We also clearly stated, that we would like breakfast all days, but regardless the staff told us every day, that breakfast was not included in the stay.
The hot water to the tub, went really slow, so it took more than 45 min to fill it (had to go with the water heater for Tea to fill up the tub)
Apart from that it was a nice trip"

"We enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows and not having to step into a bath to have a shower. The enclosed shower was great. Space was tight around the bed and I did bang my leg on the sharp corner of the bed passing from the window side to the bathroom at night.
Breakfast was simple but adequate. We enjoyed the entertainers in the lounge.

Since this was our third destination on the trip, we badly needed to do some laundry and the hotel has some excellent provision for that. The room was well equipped with a fridge and kitchenette. The location is excellent. The Moxy's bar next door has some awesome drinks and live music. The hotel is close to everything (pretty much). The breakfast is great. The staff is wonderful.

"Et virkelig godt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed og service. Super god morgenmadsbuffet med lækre friskbagte crossainter mm.
Det eneste negative var at sengen meget blød så man sank ned i en fordybning, og vores værelse (nr 633) på tredje sal havde absolute ingen udsigt. Vinduet var ud til en høj hvid mur 1 meter væk fra vinduet, så vi kunne knapt se himlen og værelset var derfor meget mørkt.
Dog vejede den fantastiske beliggenhed dog op for dette. Hotellet ligger lige bag Oliver Plunkett...

"I et firestjernet gammelt hotel, der lignede noget, der engang havde været fornemt, fik vi hvad der højst kan betegnes som et to-stjernet værelse. Med to kufferter og to personer kunne vi dårligt vende os i lokalet, så småt var det. Varmeapparatet i det minimale badeværelse kørte på fuld tryk og kunne ikke reguleres, så selv med åbne vinduer måtte vi sove i tropevarme - man endte med at udstyre os med en vifte, da man tilsyneladende ikke kunne
få det repareret! Og værelset var bestemt ikke...

Der er SÅ smukt, værelserne super fine med fineste indretning, dejlige senge og med et flot badeværelse med lækre produkter, badekåbe og tøfler. Restauranter er fine, smuk indretning og virkelig lækkert mad. Personalet var så venlige og hele tiden sørgede for at vi havde det godt. Der findes også spa på hotellet, som vi ikke prøvede. Allerbedst var at alt det luksus kostede ikke en formue, meget rimelig pris dvs. alle pengene værd...

"Great hotel with nice staff.
It seems a bit weird to pay for a room and then if you want to use the swimming pool, spa and sauna you need to bring your own lock or pay 10 EUR. The breakfast had everything it needed and the food was fresh.
My room had a weird setup for the shower curtain that made it impossible for the water to go out in the bathroom floor. "
