The main floor offers a king bed with a queen sofa pullout in the living area. The upstairs studio boasts a queen bed in a separate room with a twin over twin trundle in the living space. Each floor offers a full kitchen with a well-appointed coffee bar, ensuring you can savor a steaming cup of coffee each morning while immersing yourself in the tranquil surroundings.
Soak in the fresh air in the screened-in patio on the main floor, or relax in the hammock under the shade of the mature trees. Enjoy a glass of wine or a s’more near the water on the tiled patio.

Please Note: This property is located on a shallow section of the canal, and is not suitable for large boats or deep-hull watercraft. While some guests have been able to park smaller boats and trailers in the driveway, boat access and dockage are not officially included or guaranteed as part of this listing. Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
