As the sun warms the air, cool off in the pool or enjoy a thrilling stroll on one of the kayaks, paddle board or pedal boat. Relax by the lake under the shade of an umbrella with a good book or lounge in the sun in the white sand tanning area. As the evening draws near retreat to the hot tub or covered patio to take in the beauty of the sunset.

Serenity Cove was designed as the perfect retreat for families to gather and have your own space as needed. The first floor features a large chef’s kitchen with a large pantry open to the dining and living areas. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, large soaking tub and separate shower with a double vanity. The second first floor king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and an extra-long full size bunkbed with a reading light and shelf. Have some fun in the game room where you can play arcade games, ping pong, pop a shot, giant checkers or giant jenga. Get some work done before the fun begins in the convenient workspace designed for multiple people.

Going upstairs you will find a second living area right off the bunkroom that can sleep 8 adults in the 2 extra-long full size bunkbeds. The bathroom for the bunkroom was designed to maximize space with a double vanity, separate shower and dressing area and private water closet (commode). This bathroom can easily accommodate 4 people at once without intruding on anyone’s privacy. Flanking each side of the upstairs living area you will find a king bedroom with an extra-long full size bunk bed and a private ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Serenity Cove has the capacity to sleep 28 guests in the comfort of an actual bed with 4 bedrooms and a bunkroom.

An outdoor oasis awaits you and is the perfect place to make some memories. Make a splash in the heated pool or soak the stress of the day away in the spa overlooking the water. Let the kids run free in the large fenced in yard and try your hand at one of the yard games including corn hole, spikeball, giant jenga or a good old-fashioned game of tag. Head through the gate and to the waters edge where you can relax under the umbrella in an adirondack chair or lounge in the sun on your own private white sand beach. If you’re looking for a little more adventure, take to the water on one of 2 kayaks or a stand-up paddle board or pedal around in the pedal boat.

Planning to have a boat? No problem! Serenity Cove is conveniently located next door to the private community boat ramp and has calm waters so you can easily dock up right next to the edge of the bulk head with the provided bumpers and ropes. ** Please note: to exit the cove you must travel under a very low bridge with a 5’8” clearance to the water. You must lower any towers or bimini tops.)
