The Barn at Courtleigh

The Barn at Courtleigh is a charming self-contained annex tucked away in a peaceful setting, perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy the stunning South Devon coastline. Thoughtfully designed with flexible accommodation and a relaxed countryside feel, it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.



The property features a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. Stairs lead to an upstairs bedroom with three single beds, along with a convenient WC and wash-hand basin. A separate double bedroom is located on the ground floor with an adjoining shower wet room. Please note that while the property comfortably accommodates groups of adults, access to the shower room is through the double bedroom.



Guests will also benefit from a washing machine, dishwasher, travel cot (with bedding), and highchair, making The Barn at Courtleigh a great choice for families travelling with little ones.



Outside, guests have shared use of a large garden with seating areas, ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons or peaceful evenings. The garden is shared with the owners who live next door. Private parking is available on a driveway behind an electric gate.
