Pick up the Peddars Way footpath, which passes through Castle Acre. Make a trip to see the 12th-century castle at Castle Rising, 14 miles away. Visit the Sandringham Estate, 14.5 miles from the cottage. Pack a picnic and head to Brancaster Beach, 20 miles away, to experience the flat, stretching sands and open skies Norfolk is renowned for.


Step inside to find inviting accommodation with an abundance of early 18th-century character. Sit back and enjoy the comfort of the beamed lounge/diner, where you can stoke up the wood burner in the red-brick chimney breast and find something to enjoy together on the Smart TV, which comes with a Sonos speaker and Netflix.
