Designed with dogs in mind, complete with a fenced in backyard.

Stepping in through the front door onto the wall-to-wall tiled floor, guests are greeted by a surprisingly spacious living room. The open plan immediately draws guests into the large kitchen complete with a central dining table, perfect for groups up to 6. The first floor is also comprised of a bathroom with washer/dryer and large custom tile shower, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. Head up the captain's ladder into the second bedroom, where you'll find 2 twin beds and a double bed, custom built to craftily utilize the unique space. A small half bath with toilet and sink finishes off the second floor.

Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house is sure to meet your ideal temperature. TVs are equipped with Roku so that you can stream from your choice platform. A Nespresso machine is available with a selection of pods. We have also included a drip coffee machine for the traditional coffee lovers.

The door through the kitchen leads directly into a fenced in backyard, perfect for pets. New patio oasis with a grill, seating, and hot tub under a lit pergola. There is a $100 pet fee per stay, good for up to 2 dogs. This fee is mandatory and covers additional cleaning and wear and tear.
