Private ferieboliger i King City

"This listing is an absolute dream for families/groups traveling with young children! The Hamilton house is stocked with almost every & any little thing you can think of, especially items for young children which we were so incredibly grateful for! The location itself is decent commute to everything Portland - OMSI, Downtown, the Zoo, Mutlanomah, etc. Our hosts were very responsive & accommodating - would definitely recommend to families with toddlers & infants! We found ourselves spending a lot...

"The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. "

"There were lots of dust around the home (so much that when we ran our fingers through it, it piled up) cobwebs, and main walk areas and bedrooms had hair/trash accumulating all around. I had to clean while I was there. The dishwasher wasn’t emptied and you were expected to take out the trash and strip the beds before leaving. The beds were soft (collapsed in the middle) and the pillows were completely flat and one even smelled like perfume. Not sure how old and clean they were. So flat I folded...

"It was nice and clean but loud in the morning at 7 am when we would have wanted to sleep in very noisy upstairs.. That would be my only complaint is the noise from the owners living above.I didn’t realize it was an attached VRBO"

"The property was clean and the photos accurately represented the house. It was close to downtown and George Fox University. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies."

"Little smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Bathroom was good. The shower was nice."

"Great location near Sellwood shops & tea, bakery & restaurants."

"Picture-perfect outside; nice and clean inside! The house suited to our every need. I loved the simplicity of the decor - less is definitely more! We packed light, so we were grateful that there was a full-sized washing machine and dryer! The beds were very comfortable! We appreciated the extra towels, sheets, and pillows. The location was ideal for getting our son transitioned to the George Fox campus. We give this house 5 stars!"

"This is a lovely property with a beautiful view and was extremely well located. It was very clean. The communications were spot on and the property had everything we needed to provide our group a very nice weekend getaway experience. We loved this place!"
