Beautiful, fully remodeled from the floors to the cabinets to the furnishings...This sophisticated beach retreat welcomes the entire family, including up to two well-behaved dogs (with pet fee). The lake is RIGHT THERE--as a result, it is a walk down unit with a long exterior staircase, but it is sturdy and wide and you'll be distracted by the lake view the whole way down. The large deck with new barbecue and gliding loveseat invites you to enjoy coffee or an evening beverage and take in the view, or enjoy the lake from both bedrooms--the master bedroom has three huge sets of windows so you capture every angle.

The open living room also looks out to the lake and includes a huge Smart TV, desk (if you can pull yourself away from the view to work!), couch with two ends that recline, dining table for six, and bar seating for two. The gorgeous kitchen features designer appliances, a double oven, and beautiful slab marble countertops and bar. The master bedroom has three large windows looking at out the lake and a new comfortable king bed, Smart TV, luxury duvet, large dresser, and ample closet hanging space. The attached slab marble bath has double sinks and an incredible jacuzzi tub/shower encased again in slab marble. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, another large Smart TV, large closet, and yet another beautiful lake view. The guest bath is off the hallway and has a shower/tub combo and sink.

You have access to the full amenities of the beautiful Ozark Mountain Resort, including walking distance boat launch and boat trailer parking (we provide a pass to attach to your trailer), tennis courts, seasonal pools and hot tub, (Memorial Day-Labor Day), shallow lake beach great for kids (you might bring Crocs because Table Rock can have small rocks), and mini golf. Kimberling City is an adorable little community, and Ozark Mountain Resort offers luxury amenities while affording a tranquil, private setting. You're 3 minutes from downtown Kimberling, 15-20 minutes to Silver Dollar City (avoid the traffic coming from Branson!), and obviously right on Table Rock Lake!

We try to think of everything our guests will need, but please let us know if you're traveling with babies/children (we have a Pack n Play), or if you have any other special requests. There is an exterior staircase down to access the condo (how else could you get so close to the lake!?), so if you have mobility concerns please take that into account.
Pet Policy: We allow dogs only (maximum of two, no cats), but if you bring them please add it to your reservation (we charge a pet fee) and keep them on a leash while on condo property (they can be off leash at the lake shoreline). Also, dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding so we can keep our home allergen-free for our other guests. We have three dogs ourselves and love bringing them to the lake but will need to charge for extra cleaning if your furry friend makes the couch or bed a home!
