Guests will have private access to the entire 3-story townhouse. Entry is easy and efficient with contactless, secure keypad entry. Your unique access code and check-in details will be provided before your arrival.
Parking Regulations:
You may park one (1) vehicle in the private garage.
You may park one (1) additional vehicle directly in front of the garage door.
There are 7 extra first-come, first-served parking spots for tenant use on the left as you enter the complex. Please only use spots marked by the 'Tenant Parking' signs.
Important: The strata will issue a fine if you are parked anywhere other than these designated spots.

The open-plan main floor features a large, well-equipped kitchen flowing into the dining area and a cozy living room with comfortable seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a feast.

This home features 3 clean, private bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring peaceful rest. All beds are complemented by high-quality linens and pillows.
Upper Level Primary Bedroom: King bed, incredible mountain views, a dedicated desk space, and a full en-suite bathroom.
Lower Level Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Lower Level Bedroom 3: Queen bed, plus a semi-private bonus room with two twin beds and one bunk bed.
Bathrooms: You'll find a full en-suite on the upper level, a half-bathroom on the main level, and another full bathroom on the lower level. All are stocked with fresh towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.

Deck: Step out onto the deck to find a BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for an evening meal.
Private Hot Tub: Soak away your cares in the private, covered, steaming hot tub while taking in breathtaking mountain views – the perfect après-ski or post-hike treat.

Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a three-floor townhouse complex with stairs. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
Vehicle Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, trailers, or vehicles with auxiliary fuel tanks are strictly prohibited from parking anywhere in the complex. Off-site parking is available on the roadside below the Sullivan Stone complex for such vehicles.
