"One bedroom ocean front room was absolutely amazing!! So much room and great balcony. Beach was beautiful with no trouble getting chairs and umbrella. The towel rack in the bathroom in our room would have made more sense if it was by the shower instead of across the room. We did not get our room until almost 5:00 pm which was a bit frustrating. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "
