Read a few reviews and decided to book. 1st person I encountered was Lisa, who booked me in and gave me my key. Went up to room, very clean and airy. Ate on the restaurant had chicken wings starter and smoked cod for main. Food was excellent, staff were very polite and courteous. After dinner had a walk aroind the quay, met a few locals who were very friendly. Going back in August for a weeks...

"Great location in the middle of Belfast, yet very quiet in the rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated, and have a small kitchen, with a full size fridge.
Food and drinks assortments were great, very nice and cozy lobby, friendly staff. Parking is about 5 min walk away.

"Vi kom til hotellet og personale var ikke helt imødekommende, efter vi kom op på værelset virkede to af lamperne ikke så det skulle først lige fikses , der var ikke skiftet vc papir da vi bad om rengøring og vi slukkede udsugningen hver. Dag da den blæste koldt luft men tændte automatisk om natten så man frøs så knap så fedt hotel ikke et hotel jeg ville anbefale "
