Welcome to Chalet 91 at Killington, a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain retreat designed for comfort, style, and group gatherings. Located just five minutes from Snowshed Base Lodge and within walking distance of the Killington Resort shuttle, this spacious home offers more than 4,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels, sleeping up to 14 guests.

Inside, the open kitchen and dining area provide the perfect central gathering space. Cook with modern appliances including an induction cooktop and wall oven, then enjoy meals around the large dining table or at the oversized island. Both the kitchen and the separate living room open to a wide outdoor deck with a hot tub, grill, and peaceful views of the pond and mountains.

The living room offers plenty of space to relax with plush seating, a gas fireplace, pool table, and smart TV. Upstairs, a loft includes a desk and printer for remote work or trip planning. A cedar-lined sauna adds another layer of luxury after long days on the mountain.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal for families and groups. The primary suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with slate rain shower, and walk-in closet. Two guest rooms each feature a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The upper loft bedroom includes two queen beds, two full beds, and a sofa bed. With three full bathrooms and a half bath, everyone has space to get ready.

Please note: The owners have a separate in-law apartment on the lower level that is not always in use but may be occupied during your stay. It is fully private with no shared access to guest areas.

• Hot tub use is included from late December to mid-March. A $195 setup fee applies for other dates.
• Guests booking through Vrbo receive exclusive discounts on ski and snowboard rentals.
• Minimum rental age is 25.
• Contactless check-in and checkout with smart locks.
• Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee if the schedule allows.
• A signed rental agreement and amenity waiver is required after booking.
• Security camera faces the driveway only. No cameras inside.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• AWD/4WD vehicles and winter tires are strongly recommended in winter. Weather-related refunds are not offered.
