I will definitely be contacting the corporate office about the condition of this property. The cleanliness is in need of being addressed immediately. Bugs and mold. There was a storm and water poured through the ceiling. I’ll also be contacting the Bell County Inspector and the Texas Department of Health.

There were several strong odors in the hall, heavy smell of mold and cigarettes. The hotel has a lot of shifty people hanging around. Lots of long ter tenants living here. One washer and dryer, that was broken. Golden corals next door Walmart behind it. Close to hood and cheap is it’s saving grace.

A decent hotel to stay at. Appears to be under construction and wouldn’t mind staying again. The room wasn’t stocked with enough towels which is totally fine. Some of the people who stayed were kinda sketchy but I would stay there again. Hopefully they start repairing the place so it can look more appealing. Stained carpets and the walls need to be repainted. Towels had old stains but were clean.

The need to make some changes
The room it self was ok but the room next door had dog howling all night then when coming out the room other people had trash in the hallway just made me feel very uncomfortable. Then there never anyone at the front desk when u need something

Stayed at this location for 5 days (Mon-Fri). My entire stay, I didn’t get any service for the room. Meaning my towels didn’t get changed, my trash wasn’t taken out, nor was my bed made. Parking was very limited. When I would get to the hotel at the end of the day, I found myself waiting around for someone to leave to take their spot. My room was a non smoking room, but it smelled like it was a smoking room at some point. The lobby and hallways looked a bit runned down. There were trash bags in the hallways as if other rooms weren’t getting their trashed removed daily just like my situation. That caused the hallways stink. Overall the price for my stay was fairly cheap, but so was the service.

On the way to Pflugerville
This was an extended stay motel and was being renovated. The room was clean and nice. If I were working in the area it would be great for a long term stay. even with late arrival it was fine, with TV (that I did not have time even to turn on) a refrigerator and cook top, nice room size and a friendly clerk.

It is decent for the price.
Motel appears to have been under construction either recently or in the past. Construction materials in work out room. Ice machine not working on my floor. Just needs some cleaning up and remodeling.

Phone in room doesn’t work, microwave didn’t work, no pots and pans you need to bring your own, no one ever at the desk. I ran out of toilet paper, I kept hollering for them no one answered (you know their there they were in the back I think they live there) anyway I had to go to Walmart and buy my own. It’s day got their tv didn’t work took him hours to get their but I eventually I got it to work

Studio Motel 6 ft roaches.
The hotel wasn't clean. My room had roaches. There was also a $50 "Desposit" that I was supposed to get back by the following Friday/Saturday but of course, I never received it. Also hotels.com helped me remove one day off my booking and told me the difference would be refunded but...of course it wasn't. Disappointing overall.

This place is not one that should be on the Expedia listing . I did not stay Hrrr after walking in the room. Immediately turned around and walked out.

Elevator was dirty, room felt dirty, bed baseboard was dirty, crumbs on floor, and overall just a basic hotel to stay in. If you're looking for a one night stay this could be it. Other than that it's nothing fancy.

Their was construction going on the roof of the hotel. People hanging around in the parking lot. The pictures of the hotel online doesn’t match in person. Last of all, I didn’t stay because of the condition of the hotel. I basically paid for a room I didn’t stay in. Terrible and deceptive.

This was the most filthy place imaginable...the A/C didn't work and the dog next door was barking non-stop. Since there are no phones in the room, I had to get dressed at 2:30am and go down to the lobby where there was no one and call to have no one help me anyway. I know it was cheap but...seriously!
