"Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs."

"Exelente lugar"

"Horrible experience front lady was very rude. I don’t know why they have smoking rooms that carpet, but have the non-smoking rooms hardwood. It makes no sense. It’s very backwards ! Room stinks / Ac barely works ! Then if you extend your room they asked for $20 just for you to stay in your room two hours. Otherwise you have to check out and check back in . In the same room ! Then she says she has to pay her housekeepers to clean the room, but if you don’t have to clean the room that you don’t...

"Intet skilt som viser hotel, Ingen kaffe til kaffemaskinen, gl. Bildæk og affald flyder omkring hotellet, fjernsyn deffekt, bordben falder af af boret, seng redt forkert, køleskab mangler et ben så det vælter og sådan fortsætter det."

"Room had roaches staff thought I was doing fraud the ac didnt work the neighbors were doing drugs in the front and being loud all Halloween night screaming and making unnecessary noise I had to switch rooms 2x bc the first one was infested with to many roaches and the door handle for my door was broke and I was refused to get a refund from them"

"The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare."

"Best elevator ride in the history of any stay I’ve had anywhere."

"The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay"
