Golden Strand Condos enhed G2 er en oceanfront ejerlejlighed beliggende på milepæl 7. 6 i Kill Devil Hills, NC. Denne beachy 3 værelses / 2 bad Condo har en ekstrem oceanfront udsigt, fuld størrelse køkken, privat balkon og meget mere! Dette er en ikke-ryger / ingen husdyr enhed.

Denne smukke 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser stranden Condo er en stor familie sommerhus. Stranden ligger lige uden for din dør - du kan ikke komme nærmere! Enheden sover 8 (er du velkommen til at bringe en luftmadras til at sove mere). Det store soveværelse har sine egne private badeværelser med en privat udsigt over havet.

I stuen er der et smukt indrettet opholdsstue, fladskærms-tv med Blue-ray / DVD, sovesofa med hukommelseskummadras, flere endeborde og sofabord. Den våde bar indeholder en vask. Spisepladsen har plads til seks. Det åbne veludstyrede køkken med el-komfur og opvaskemaskine ser ud mod spisestue og boligarealer. Langs enhedens bagvæg er en glidende glasdør, der åbner op til den store private balkon med udsigt over havet. Her finder du flere pladser til afslapning, læsning eller se den smukke solopgang om morgenen. Eller om aftenen kan du sidde i den afskærmede gårdhave på forsiden af enheden og nyde en solnedgang. Afslutning af enheden er en fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på stedet.

Udenfor finder du to fantastiske swimmingpools (en af de kiddies). En legeplads for børnene, kullgrill og picnicområde, rigelig sikkerhedsparkering og elevator. Til din bekvemmelighed er der også en åben udendørs bruser.

Kom væk, slappe af og nyd dine morgener på dækket og nyd din morgenkaffe og se solen gå op over Atlanterhavet. Tilbring eftermiddagen på stranden med at se delfiner og pelikaner og svømme i havet. Om aftenen kan du nyde en række indkøbsmuligheder og spisemuligheder eller slappe af i den afskærmede gårdhave.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the view is incredible. We’ve stayed at a number of locations in OBX and this one was by far the best. While the unit and property are not fancy or luxurious, it’s very clean and roomy! The floor plan for the unit is great. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and have a little privacy. The only suggestion I have is a darker window treatment for the bedroom that faces west. There’s a security light right outside the window that lights up the outside walkway. While I’m thankful for exterior security lighting it was like the sunshine coming in the room. We just clipped a large beach towel over the window for the week. Other than a darker curtain for that window I wouldn’t change a thing!

This was our first vacation as a family of 4 and we couldn’t have had a better time. The easy walk to the beach, the private playground and the kiddie pool were a huge hit with our kids. The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. The balcony and porch were great for us to relax on after the kids went to bed. We will be back!

Great Condo. Great location. RIght on the beach. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the ocean 10 ten days. Didnt have to drag everything we owned to set up down in the sand. It was right in front of us.An exceptional stretch of weather was the cherry on top

Location of this property in kill Devil Hills is fantastic if you want to be close to town and directly on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with the sun on us, looking at the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub as listed and the pool is seasonal only, although this is not indicated. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on the bottom floor in an unmarked area. The front porch is lovely. Unfortunately during our stay the entire condo complex was getting their smoke alarms tested for 2 hours. Warning that this would be occurring could have prevented us from thinking there was an actual threat and rushing out of the condo. As a whole, the location and close proximity to the beach were wonderful although the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual property.

We are happy with our stay. The condo is at a great location where you can access everything, shops, restaurants, the grocery store (Publix) is within walking distance. We also loved the view from the deck. The kitchen is spacious which is great for families who want to cook their own meals.

We loved staying at this condo! It was more spacious than I expected, and we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the view in the evening. Being right on the beach is the best!

The condo was the perfect place for us. We found the condo to be cozy and comfortable. It is located just minutes away from a variety of activities. We could sit on the deck and be "at the beach" without hauling our gear down to the sand. The owner was responsive to our questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Completely as pictured online. Plenty of room too. Only complaint was just 1 elevator. Laundry room great to wash more than one load of laundry at a time. Would definitely stay again!

We are a family of 5 and loved staying here for the week! The condo is clean, beautiful location on the beach, and the owner is so helpful. Check in was a breeze, and he always answered any questions I had before and throughout the week. Great location to restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the location on the beach & proximity to restaurants & sights. Unit was clean, but couch & other furnishings really need to be replaced. The style was from least a couple of decades ago, & the lack of comfort & cleanliness of the worn out couch were a big negative. It did seem like some decorating was done with cute wall decor but was mixed in with some old stuff, too. I was also hoping some beach gear would be available since we flew in from out of state & didn’t want to have to purchase things we couldn’t take home. There were a couple of well-used beach chairs, but even a few simple sand toys would be great to have on hand for families. We did purchase a boogie board for our daughter to use & had to leave it there, but hopefully someone else will get to use it. I’m not sure how common this is, but a place we rented one time before had a well-stocked storeroom of beach gear & it was so helpful. The check-in process was simple since the door was unlocked & keys were on the counter, but even that felt a little odd regarding security. Overall, if someone wanted to visit this particular area, I might recommend looking into some of the newer or more updated condos. For our budget & the time we spent there, it was ok.

The condo was very clean. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The beach was clean and practically vacant. The kids loved laying out and swimming. We utilized the grill for dinner. The deck was amazing for watching the waves in the morning and enjoying our coffee. We could easily watch the kids playing at the beach from the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easily accessible. The host was very quick to respond to questions.

Even though it rained several of the days, we still enjoyed the ocean from our balcony on the second floor and did some Kitty Hawk exploring. And there were so many close excellent recusants to chose from for dinning. The place was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils etc... But didn't realize there was an elevator until the 2nd day but was so grateful for it being on the 2nd floor. Only improvement would be that someone would have been in the office, which was closed due to short staff. But all-in-all we would stay there again!

I stayed here with my husband and two young children, preschooler and baby, for a one week spring vacation. The location is perfect, we loved the view of the ocean from the deck and being just steps away from the beach. The condo is cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. When we wanted to eat out, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Our only complaint was that the check in process could have been smoother. We drove a long way to get to the condo and our key and parking pass were not available outside the management office upon arrival. Seems the property manager dropped the ball. However, I reached out to the owner via Vrbo, and he responded quickly and helped remedy the situation with calls to the manager on our behalf. Once we got inside about half a hour later and I saw the ocean view, I was able to get over the frustration pretty quickly. The rest of our stay was without any problems, so overall I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
