When you get back from the beach, a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off and you can set your gear out to dry by the picnic table on the patio. Located in Kill Devil Hills, Colington Pointe is a beautiful sound side community tucked away from traffic for a peaceful vacation but within easy driving distance to great shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Known as a great local fishing community, there are plenty of spots where the whole family can spend the day fishing or crabbing. If you don't have any luck, try Billy's Seafood Market where you can purchase fresh seafood to make in your rental that just came in off the boat! As you head towards the bypass, be sure to stop by the Wright Brothers National Monument to learn about the history of aviation. The Outer Banks Brewing Station is the perfect place to try local craft brews and grab a quick bite to eat. For dinner, try the SaltBox Café or The Colington Café.
