Private pool for fun in the sun and shaded hot tub for a place to relax are in the fenced backyard. Miniature golf and grocery store are also within walking distance. Ground level: 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and one double size bunk bed), full hall bathroom, and recreation room with pool table, futon, and wet bar/mini-fridge. Queen bedroom and recreation room have direct back yard access to pool and hot tub. Mid-level: 3 bedrooms (one en suite with king bed, one additional king bed, and one queen bed), full hall bathroom, and laundry room. The two bedrooms with king beds have direct access to furnished covered deck overlooking the pool. There is also a furnished covered deck on the front of the house on this level. Top level: Light and airy open living area with well equipped kitchen, bar seating for 4, and dining area with seating for 7. Furnished decks on the north and south sides of top level with limited ocean views to relax in the sun or enjoy the evening breeze and watch the sunset. All bedrooms, rec room, and living area have flat screen TVs with Roku. Gas grill in back yard for your casual dinners after a long day at the beach or fun day in the pool. Fireplace (in living area) is not operational. Pool is open mid-May through the end of September and hot tub is available year-round.
