Paradise

We have been coming to Wailea for 20 years. This was the best property we have ever rented. Ideal location, beautiful views, amazing property.

Very grateful for this place. So close to the beach, great view, large enough for five adults of a wide variety of ages, easy access, and generally perfect. Thank you for having us.

1)several air purifiers in the condo to rid the air of a very musty odor. 2)roaches in the kitchen 3) under couch lining laying on the floor 4) air vents need to be cleaned 5). Valence fell on the floor when the curtains were closed. We felt the condo needed upgrades and was not worth what we paid

Fun at Wailea Elua

We have loved Wailea Elua for many years. This unit (902) is under Al’i management and certainly is up to standard. The communications from them are more designed for internet than personal and often seem a bit rigid.

Great location.

Wailea Elua is a condo complex in a great location, right on Ulua Beach. Unit 902 was spacious and comfortable. Decor, kitchen and bathrooms are late ‘70’s and could be updated, but you cannot beat the location, convenience and the views.

Trip of Family Celebrations

We loved this condo! We were a group of 25 who rented a few properties here. We loved that our condo was modern, yet still comfortable and welcoming for a beach trip (not too fancy as one of the other properties was, and not in need of repairs as another property in our group experienced...4 times in the week!). We celebrated 6 wedding anniversaries (total of 149 years!), 4 big birthdays (138), 2 college graduations, and even hosted a baby shower. The common area down by the pool worked perfectly for all these big events. The property is in a beautiful location. The condo is set up with just about everything you could need. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, there are books to read if you finish yours, and puzzles for the table by the window with the beautiful view of the ocean! The porch with the fabulous view is a perfect quiet spot to start your day with breakfast after a walk along the shore and a good read, or have lunch after a morning at the beach. There was a BBQ on the porch, but we used the ones in the common area since we had the extra large group. The property is quiet, but convenient to the path down to the pool and beach. We walked to a fun restaurant called The Pint and Cork on our first night there. Everyone we encountered on site was very kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. The welcoming team in management on day one, the security gate personnel, or even the random encounter with landscapers. We hope to return one day. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful family vacation

We loved this property and unit. Near the pool overlooking the ocean, and so close to the beach with a lovely lanai view of the ocean as well. Comfortable living space, and well stocked with appliances and cookware for eating in, yet also close to nearby Wailea restaurants. We enjoyed walking the Wailea path each morning, snorkeling at the beach in front of the condo, and lounging at the pool. We have already booked this unit for our next Maui vacation next year!

Great location, quiet with great ocean view

The ocean view is better than the pictures show! The Lanai is large and great to hang out in. A quick walk down to the beach (less than 100 yards). Nice snorkeling, paddleboarding at the beach. Beautiful landscaping in the condo complex. Managed by Ali'i resorts and the service is excellent as well. A short walk to Wailea with several restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended.

The best of Maui

The location was perfect and the facilities were excellent. We've been coming to Maui since 1968, almost yearly ,and know the island well. In fact we watched the building of the Elua development. This time we traveled with a couple we've known many years and they are still raving about it!

Beautiful condo, excellent location, great service

We recently stayed here for 10 days and the condo was amazing. We were a bit concerned as there was only one review, but Wailea Elua turned out to be a wonderful condo and Ali'l Resorts was a great property manager to work with. The condo was huge, clean, modernly furnished, and really close to the beach. It's also very close to the Wailea Shops and resorts. The facilities are beautiful, with one large pool and small but well equipped fitness room overlooking the ocean. The other pool is pretty small but there is a hot tub. We wanted an ocean view and from the pictures the view looked pretty narrow, but it turned out to be pretty expansive from the large wrap around deck as well as the from the windows in the breakfast table. It seems like they have fixed the AC and washer and dryer issues, and the BBQ worked well. The only criticisms would be that the condo is pretty sparsely equipped in terms of beach gear and the knives really need a sharpening. Ali'i resorts was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive to emails, they came and cleaned the condo every 3 days with a towel refresh and light cleaning every day, and are very friendly! Wailea Elua is probably the best condos in Wailea, maybe on the whole island, and this unit is probably one of the best in the resort!

Great Location, Nice Condo

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place is great for 2 couples! The layout is spacious and the outdoor space is great! The condo complex is my fav place to stay in Maui. Close to all the action, but also far enough away to make it private and Very Quiet. 4 stars, not 5 as the AC system was not able to keep the place cool (we happened to be in Maui on a few of the hottest days (90*+) of the year with NO trade winds). That and the washer/dryer took 3-5hrs to do a load of laundry. The Kitchen is well set-up (knifes could use a sharpening) and the outdoor Webber BBQ was great to have (but getting a little old). Tommy Bahamas chairs (x4) for the beach are great, and you should enjoy the beach its only a 1min walk and has some of the islands best snorkeling! Cleaning staff and Ali'i resort staff are very nice and easy to contact if issues arise. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Mahalo
