Royal Mauian #210 Ocean View, Full A/C, Great Location, Close to beaches!

Royal Mauian #210 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 2nd floor with a panoramic ocean view and split system A/C throughout. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. Go to sleep in your comfortable king bed as you enjoy the sound of the waves. Wake up to an incredible ocean view that you can see right from your bed. Both the primary bedroom and the guest room provide en suites. The primary bath includes a walk-in shower and the guest bath is equipped with a tub/shower combo. There are comfortable twin beds in the guest room which can be converted to a king bed. The living room features a sofabed and a large curved-screen TV where you can catch up on some sports or watch a show while enjoying a magnificent view of the ocean. Catch a sunset from your lanai or head down to the manicured lawn just steps below. When you are ready for a swim, a beautiful oceanfront pool is waiting for you. For outdoor activities, Royal Mauian #210 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The Royal Mauian is one of the premier properties of Kihei Maui. This Maui beachfront rental is located right on the beach between Kamaole Beach Park I and II. Featuring an oceanfront pool perched right at the water's edge. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh trade winds and the scent of tropical flowers. There is a rooftop barbecue and dining area* where you can see for miles. White sandy beaches and great snorkeling are just minutes from your condo. It is also very centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, all within walking distance from the property.
* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area.

Amazing place to stay in Kihei

We highly recommend this home to stay in Kihei. It has the most amazing location, best views, you go to sleep every night to hear the ocean, you wake up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises. You have multiple beaches that you can walk to, great restaurants, shopping . highly recommended to anyone. We definitely will stay here again. The unit was clean, comfortable , everything you need! Simply perfect!!!

Not what we were expecting

This place is OLD and run down. The furniture was old and dirty. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and worn out. The microwave didn’t work so there was an extra one on the counter right next to the sink so that when you opened the microwave door it was over the sink. It looks like it hasn’t been painted in 20 years. The sheets had spots all over them. The comforter on the bed had stains. The screens on the windows were filthy. This place needs to be updated or you need to make people aware of its “true” condition and lower the price.

Perfect sized unit and location for a family of 4. Steps to the beaches and pool, as well as great restaurants we enjoy coming back every year. Highly recommend this unit as the views are unbeatable and it has all the amenities you’ll need.

Beautiful Property; Okay Unit

The location of the property is beautiful and the view is amazing. The unit has a well equipped kitchen. When we arrived, there were many things broken which I think should have been noticed by the property manager prior to our arrival. The bed frame was broken, mattress had a broken spring, the dishwasher was broken, plus a few other more minor things. The property manager was quick to fix these items but managing the repairs was inconvenient for us. I would recommend staying at The Royal Mauian, but would likely find another unit.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. The kitchen was fully stocked and beach items were available. We took full advantage of the snorkeling gear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location but lacking

What a great location in Kihei across the street from Coconuts and the Cinnamon Roll Place and right between Kam I and Kam II beach. While in a perfect location the condo seemed to be lacking the personal touch. In addition, we had other items that made the stay disappointing. The King bed was extremely uncomfortable and we felt the condo needed a dining table. With 4 people in our group we were either eating separately or on the patio. While the patio is great for the breeze and sunsets, the A/C unit is located on the patio and outputs consistent heat when utilized. In addition, we continuously had bugs in the kitchen (ants, beetles and cockroaches). We loved the short walk to the elevator and the grass area near on the beach side of the property to sit out, relax and let the kids run around. The condo did come with a variety of beach toys that we were able to use during the stay (umbrella is broken).

Construction noise and AC issue/maintenance

We weren’t told there would be jackhammering construction, which was incredibly loud Monday-Friday all day, other guests were disturbed as well. Management claimed they didn’t know it was going on, we would not have booked this condo based on that alone. The AC unit in our bedroom kept us awake at night even when it was off, and needed the motor replaced which an AC tech said would not arrive until the day after our vacation was over. We could not use the AC in our room, and the portable AC was unbearably loud to keep on while we slept, so we would leave it on before bed but it was either stay awake from noise or be hot and sweaty. The cleanliness was very surface level, the unit needs a better clean in certain areas. A positive I can say about our stay was the condo was the ocean view from the balcony, unfortunately could not recommend this and we’re stressed and disappointed by these issues.

Beautiful Sunsets

This unit is amazing for the sound of the waves and the beautiful sunsets. It’s steps away from the beach and a morning snorkel. This unit has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. An extra seat to sit and watch TV would be a plus (we were a family of five adults) the pillows were kind of flat and the sofa bed had seen better days but other than that we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

For all but my husband, it was our first trip to Maui and we had such a wonderful stay. The condo was great for the four of us with comfy beds and lots of space. While the condo had snorkel sets and a boogie board, we ended up renting gear from Auntie’s across the street because the quality was much better and that way we got gear that fit everyone. Highly recommend Auntie’s for rentals. The air conditioning was much appreciated but if you do want to sit on the deck, you will likely need the air conditioning off as it vents hot air on to the deck. You can’t beat the location with the water front property and beaches on both sides. There is excellent snorkeling right out front of the condo. We saw lots of turtles right there in the water. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back again one day.

Beautiful View

Overall our experience was great! The ocean view and grounds were absolutely beautiful. Be sure to go up to the rooftop at sunset! We arrived on a Friday after the office had closed so we were unable to get a car parking tag until Tuesday (plans on Monday had us heading out before the office opened and arriving back after they closed) which had us worried our car might get towed all weekend. It would be great if they would have left the car tag in the room to avoid that concern. Also, the ocean view was obscured due to a blind that wouldn't roll up. Would have loved a TV in the second bedroom for late night watching too. Overall it was a great place to stay though and a great proximity to walk to several beaches and restaurants. They were great to work with us on a late checkout too.

Great Location

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing trip to Maui. Breathtaking views! Unit has everything you could possibly need to include beach chairs, towels, umbrella and snorkeling gear. A/C throughout is a big plus. Coming back next year.

Dream condo

We’ve stayed at the Royal Mauian now 4 times and have loved each stay so much! It’s the best of everything…beaches on either side, shops and restaurants across the street, grounds are well-maintained. The unit itself has been updated and is clean and comfortable. The views are as shown—full water views and a beach view to the right. Beds are very nice and comfortable. Lanai is big enough for 4-5 to eat a meal. Roof-top BBQ and dining area is so unique. Listening to the waves as you drift off the sleep can’t be beat! We had a few issues come up and the management company jumped on both and fixed the issues immediately. I’d go back here in a heartbeat!

Amazing location, cleanness needs work

You really can’t beat the view from this unit! Perfect sunset views. Literally walk along/to the beaches! Shops and restaurants right across the street. The unit came with beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach mats and a cooler for all your beach needs! Fully stocked utensils/pots and pans etc…. The only disappointment was the the towels provided had visible stains on all of them. Some areas of the apartment were also not very clean. The drainage in the bathroom is extremely slow (but it’s expected from an older facility right by the beach.) Over all, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. Just hope they could improve the cleanliness.
