Aloha og velkommen til Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 i solrige South Maui! Det indre af dette condo er HELT NYT på grund af en nylig komplet ombygning, herunder nye badeværelser, nye skabe og apparater i et fuldt udstyret køkken, nye møbler i hawaiisk stil, sengetøj, kunstværker, dekorationer og meget mere.

Kihei Sands Condominium sidder direkte på en af Mauis bedste strande, Sugar Beach. Fra vores pool ved havet og grillpladsen kan du praktisk talt røre ved stranden - ren, sandet, upopuleret og strække miles i begge retninger. Hvor langt er det til stranden? Bogstaveligt talt omkring 6 meter! Vores gårdhave- og græsplæneområder er idylliske. Nyd hver morgen med frisk brygget kaffe, og hver aften ser du en spektakulær solnedgang, mens du griller middag og nipper til en drink.
Kihei Sands er et specielt sted fuld af Aloha-ånden. Vores intime layout giver det perfekte sted til sammenkomster, grupperejser, bryllupsrejser, seniorer, familier, par og venner. Med 23 enheder at vælge imellem er det nemt at finde den perfekte pasform til alle i din gruppe, fra antal soveværelser (1, 2 og 3) til sengekonfigurationer.

En kort gåtur ned til stranden finder du adskillige spisesteder og butikker, herunder et Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bageri, Shave Ice og en lille spisestue. Great place right on the beach. Unit was clean and nicely equipped. Loved the care package left on the table. The pool was nice and the extra beach toys were fun for the kids. The parking lot was very tight.

Accurate listing

This was an amazing Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The separate bedrooms and baths was awesome (especially with two kids). It was super clean and check-in and out was a breeze. The location was easily accessible and the beach access was extraordinary with really gentle water which was great for little kids. My family really enjoyed our stay and had a hard time leaving. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

Our condo is always clean and well maintained, but our favorite part is the beach and pool area where we can relax and enjoy the view, the beautiful sunsets, walking the beach, and seeing the whales appear on a regular basis. The managers are always friendly and helpful, too.

Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

A Quiet Maui Retreat

We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.
