Stort lejlighed med 1 soveværelse til leje i smukke Maui. Komplekset er klassificeret som en "solid guldværdi" af Maui Revealed-guidebogen.

Dette 1 soveværelse, 1 bad Condo ligger på tværs af gaden fra Kamaole State Beach Park II, og ligger på tredje (øverste) etage med delvis havudsigt fra den store og private Lanai. Der er ingen elevatorer ved komplekset, som giver ro og privatliv, da der ikke er nogen gangbroer uden for soveværelsesvinduet.

Shopping og flere restauranter ligger inden for gåafstand. Kamaole Beach II har en livredderstation og giver god snorkling, kropsurfing og natlige solnedgange. Der er vaskeri, gasgriller og en stor swimmingpool på stedet.

Kihei Kai Nani er et roligt røgfrit et-værelses kompleks. Dette er et fuldt møbleret condo med et komplet køkken, to tv'er, to A. C. enheder, en i stuen og en i soveværelset, gratis parkering, gratis Wifi og mere.

Kihei er centralt beliggende cirka 12 miles fra Kahului lufthavn i det sydvestlige Maui med let adgang til alle øaktiviteter.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was our 3rd time in Kihei and we have something to compare with.We really appreciated that all appliances were clean and functioned well.We appreciated that we did not once see an insect inside the condo.We could not figure out how the TV works :)It did start working in the end (I couldn’t say what made it work) and I think an instruction sheet would be very beneficial, at least for us!The condo had some beach equipment on the lanai (chairs, umbrella, some beach toys), guests should be prepared to rent snorkeling kits if they are into snorkeling.Overall, a great place to stay, we would book it again.

It is an older unit, but clean, well maintained, and comfortable. My only quibble is the timers on the air conditioners. We were there in January and didn't bother to turn them on. But I think for someone there in the summer, having the A/C in the bedroom turn off in the middle of the night would be a real inconvenience.

The dishes in the cupboard were almost all still dirty and had to all be rewashed before using. Host provided minimal supplies (trash bags, toilet paper etc) and the bathtub didn’t drain well at all. Provided beach chairs but they were pretty rusted and the zippers didn’t work. The unit was overall clean, met our basic needs, and the location was great.

Vacation

My husband and I spent a portion of our honeymoon staying here in Maui. This was an awesome location in south Kihei, great access to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The condo is in a great spot in the complex, easy access to the pool. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location and well equipped condo

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It is a quiet complex and we found the apartment to be well equipped with all we needed. I perhaps misread the listing as I expected a washer/dryer inside the condo but they were offered in the complex and the set up was very convenient. The air conditioning was on a timer and quite noisy and that was really our only issue. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location, great owner communication

Arrival and check out was really easy and stress free. Unit was right across from the beach. Perfect for girls trip or small family. A few very minor hiccups with a fan and bedding while there but owners were immediately responsive and it did not sway any part of enjoying our stay. Great communication before booking and during!! Pictures accurately describe unit. Stocked kitchen had everything needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants. Plus, an ice cream shop is 200 yards away.

Our hosts' communication throughout was fantastic! Though the property seemed slightly older, it was good n excellent condition. Convenient to food, beaches, and where I needed to go for work.

A really lovely and homely place to stay in Maui! The location was incredible - the beach across the street was perfect for sunset viewing and swimming, and there were 2-3 others within 10-15 minutes of walking. The laundry on-site was convenient and clean (we went to the adjacent pool while waiting)! When we arrived, the area around the complex and the apartment did have a slightly wet, musty odor, but that completely went away the second day and never returned, so perhaps that was an anomaly. It was quite hot without the AC and fans on and it got warm at night, but it was manageable. Unfortunately the power was shut off for half a day during our stay for maintenance, but we booked an excursion so there was no problem :) Overall, would recommend! A great price for such a central location and apartment with everything you would need.

Comfortable and cozy

This condo felt like staying in a family vacation home, the kind of place where it isn't stuffy or fancy but is clean and has all the conveniences you need. The location is in a very busy part of Kihei, which is good or bad, depending on how you feel about lots of people. The unit itself is a ways from the busy road (not too far though) so there is no road noise - I was amazed at how quiet it was for sleeping. There are quite a few long-term residents there who were all very friendly and welcoming. We loved being so close to the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs/umbrella, kid beach toys, etc.

The condo complex is quiet and located right across the beach! I can't stress how convenient it was to simply cross one street and be on the beach. The complex also have free parking (with a permit) and a pool. There are tons of places to eat and shop that are next door or within a couple of minutes of walking distance. Foodland (groceries) and ABC Store is right down the road. The condo itself has everything you could need! We used the beach chairs, boogie board, and an insulated lunch box. The condo is clean, has a great balcony to sit outside and catches a great breeze when you have the sliding doors and front door open. Bedroom has a floor unit AC and living room has a window AC. The owners are very kind and communicative.

Very nice

Nice condo in Kihei. I would recommend to friends. Clean unit, homey and comfortable. Just a note for new people so you know what to expect. It’s on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are a bit steep. Ok for me, but tough for mom. The AC in the living room works fine, but the bedroom AC is a stand-alone unit and does not cool the room below 82. It’s quite loud but drowns out the incessant roster crowing starting at 1am. All this is fine if the temps stay in the 70’s. Last thing, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and makes noise when you move. On the plus side, the sofa is super comfy. We love Kihei and this location is perfect.

Honeymoon trip

We came back to this place for the second time this time was for our honeymoon. This is a great location with all amenities around . The overall experience with the beginning to the end of the booking and stay at this place is excellent so easy to communicate with the owners of the property. We enjoy the place as it is so close to the ocean and so many things to do within walking distance. Would defenatly stay here again .

Amazing location

Amazing response and communication with the manager after having an accident. I can not express how much of an amazing people Michael and his wife are. Condo was as described. Location was perfect for us, a lot of good food around. We loved Kihei Cafe, we went every morning. Beautiful beach across the street, amazing sunset!! Love to see how people gather to watch the sunset. Our favorite beach was a 6 minute drive. Our favorite restaurant a 10 minute drive (Monkey pod). Convenient location to go everywhere. One hour to Lahaina. And very close to the beautiful area of Paia. Well, writing this review made me think of how much I felt in love with Maui. It was an oasis in our life events. Thank you!!

Amazing cozy perfectly located home

Our 14-days stay was fabulous. The home has just about everything that you need - beach chairs, coolers, plenty of towels, boogie boards, you name it! Wall-to-wall-floor-to-ceiling window gives you plenty of light and fresh air. We only used an AC a couple times for a couple hours! The location is simply unbeatable, you don't even need a car unless you want to do some around the island travel. We definitely recommend this home and hope to come back in near future. Thank you very much Michael and Clair!!! You are awesome hosts!

We love Kihei due to its central location. The condo was a perfect place to come back to at the end of our active and adventurous days. We would definitely love to stay here again!!

Wonderful location and great value

Kihei ended up being a great launch point for our trip in Maui and the apartment was wonderful. It was clean and easy to find. Location was so close to a bunch of things and right across from Kam Ii beach. The only negative I can think of is the A/C unit in the bedroom; in order to save power it is on a 4 hour timer. It would cool down relatively quickly when we would turn it on for the night but we would be woken up by it turning off and would need to reset the timer to make it through the night. This was relatively minor inconvenience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot!
