Generel info: Maui Sunset ligger på over 5 hektar ved havet ved Kihei, der betragtes som en af de bedste placeringer på Valley Isle. Kihei er kendt for sit solskin året rundt, svage passatvind og beroligende aftenluft. Det er et af de tørreste og mest solrige områder på hele øen, i gennemsnit kun 10 tommer om året! Verdensberømte badestrande og snorkling ligger få minutter væk på en af de mange sandstrande, sikre strande ved Kihei og det nærliggende Wailea. Enjoyed our stay

Small bathroom had urine smell otherwise was clean. Did not have the need to contact property manager as emails explained everything & all went well. Really liked the ocean view.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Maui the island so much!! Can’t say the same about our condo rental though. It is out dated and wasn’t the cleanest. Stains on towels, sheets didn’t fit the bed, cracked tiles on kitchen floor, old appliances, carpet, bathrooms and kitchen. Wasn’t at all what we hoped for or expected. The common areas were nicer than the room.

Reviewer Comments: I have been renting for a number of years and have been satisfied with the units. 313 was not really ready for a long occupancy but within a week many missing items had been replaced. I did not mind as I knew that MS would take care of anything that was needed.

First glance the building looks a little outdated. It doesn't matter. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you need and much more. Close to shopping, restaurants. The grounds were meticulously kept, the pool was the major highlight for me with long hours and lap swim dedicated for an hour in the morning. I will stay here again upon returning!

Handy to have the 2 bathrooms and a murphy bed, easier than using the bed chesterfield. Property was terrific, nice views of the grounds, pool and ocean in the distance. Grounds were immaculate, pool well kept. Short walk across the grounds to the beach to watch the sunset.

I slept in the bdrm and she slept on the wall pull out bed in front room. We both thought the beds were very comfortable. Our view was so good! I would definitely recommend B313.
