**This is a beautiful studio condo with vaulted ceilings and is right across from the beach!

The Maui Banyan is conveniently located in desirable South Kihei (Where all the amazing sandy swimming beaches are). This is the drier and sunnier side of Maui. We offer a beautiful studio unit garden view room with high vaulted ceilings (one of only 14 units at the complex with vaulted ceilings).

This is located in the F building, which is closest to the street and only feet from the amazing Kamaole Beach II (which has a lifeguard as well). This condo is walking distance to many shops, cafe's and restaurants.

Fantastic Kamaole II beach is right across the street from the Maui Banyan and this unit is one of the closest to the beach. This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.

This Stylishly remodeled unit, Maui Banyan (F-203A), offers a tasteful interior with contemporary furnishings and a kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, hot plate, toaster and granite countertops. The bathroom has travertine marble floors and granite counters. The condo also has a large flat screen TV with cable channels. Private lanai (patio) surrounded by tropical plants.

**Please note: This is on the 2nd floor and there is NO elevator.

Bathroom:
Stand up shower and toilet. Vanity separated from shower/toilet by pocket door.
