Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Maui’s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available.

Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The unit we stayed in was wonderful. Great in unit amenities. The location on the beach was 5 star. There is great snorkling and an activities center to rent paddle board and kayaks. The pool is small and not exciting compared to resort pools. Pool is perfect for families with small kids. Most people focused on the beach, not the pool. Gym on site was very nice. We would highly recommend this rental!

Unsurpassed view

Great location on the beach, balcony with view of the beach and close enough to hear the waves rolling in. Only negative: one of the two bedrooms is not really a separate room; just separated from living room by a moving divider.

White Sandy Beach

We had a great holiday trip. My family are big snorkelers and something about walking out the front door right to a great snorkeling spot is our thing. I loved it being on the ocean side of the highway. Also, the place itself was super nice and we all loved it. Overall 10/10.

When I booked it, the online couldnt answer simple questions about elevator and construction. but booking was great. when arrived the local front desk for Vacasa was amazing! Her name was Jessi and she helped us tremendously with an air conditioner unit not working and her customer service was excellent. She is a great asset for Vacasa.

Mana Kai for the win

We selected this property because it was near the stairs and on the second floor. The ease of access was wonderful, both to our car and the beach. This condo had multiple umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, and 3 boogie boards. The kitchen is FULLY furnished with everything we possible could have needed. We spent hours sitting on the lawn and beach, and enjoyed the sunsets. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was definitely a highlight and a benefit only found in a unit like this so close to the water.

Perfect location

PERFECT location. Great snorkeling right off the beach! Beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels were provided and much appreciated. Plenty of outdoor seating. A small supply of dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, etc was given. The second bedroom is definitely rented out, only reason it gets 4 stars is because we got locked out after shutting that door. Not sure why the code wasn’t changed to the main condo code. Had to call after hours line but eventually we got back in. The general store has everything including hot food which was so convenient!

Birthday with aview

After a great day driving back from the road to Hana, we were all very surprised on what a great view our condo had. The two bedrooms were far enough apart for privacy. I thought the bedroom with the sliding dividers was really cool, we gave that one to the Birthday girl, nice way to wake up, sun/surf/coffee on the porch. Lots of room for the 4 of us. The beach is calm, alot more private in this area of the island. Really fun to watch the people out surfing, surf sailing,etc. Turltes swimming by us all day. The grass area is a great place to seak shade and watch the sunset. Nice sandy beach. Sad there was no close place to eat. Walking to dinner is much more fun. But we had a car, OH yes, we were greated with a small gift. Nice touch. Hope to stay again. On a side note. Outside doors our heavy, its windy on the water, so doors do slam.

As advertised if not better - but a few notes

Met our expectations for sure! Very clean, plenty of extra pillows and linens. The view is fantastic - sunsets at night (at least we had that in December), amazing colors and light in the early morning. Since it's Maui, you'll have a car and there are a ton of restaurants and shopping up and down the blvd at the entrance, though you could certainly do some walking. A few important notes: - Be aware that this is only the 2nd floor and there's likely to be the owner of the unit above you walking around. It's not super loud, but you can definitely hear anyone up there. Also, while our stay was relatively quiet, the condo doors close loudly. No worse than most any hotel or similar condo, just take note if you're a light sleeper. - It's Hawaii - roosters are everywhere and can't tell time. Part of the charm, just know you'll hear them at any hour. - The unit may officially be 202C, but the door just says 202 and inside, you'll only see A and B. You're there! - The front desk was only open until about 5:30pm for the parking pass, just a heads up. - Five Palms on the property is very expensive. We only ordered from them on our first night as it was late and we were needing easy take-out. The setting looks amazing (the condo overlooks a part of it's patio seating), but the food we had wasn't worth the price. $120 for 2 adults and 2 nine yr olds, including gratuity. They messed up the kids' orders and my $25 burger wasn't that great - maybe previously frozen, pressed tight, no sauce of any kind and pretty boring. My son's burger from the kids' menu was the EXACT same thing (just different cheese) - same size, same amount of very average fries - but $12 or so less. My wife enjoyed her green curry mahi mahi, but give this some real thought before ordering considering the price. And if you love a good burger, go for something else! - Finally, neither bathroom had a fan (privacy, smell mitigation). Just FYI if you're loud and stinky! :) Otherwise, we were VERY happy with our stay, the ease in working with Vacasa (property manager/owner) and their timely texts with pertinent info. Enjoy!

99% Perfection

The property is outstanding. Great pool and ocean/beach front lawn and sand. The condo has lots of beach toys (two boogie boards, sand toys, three noodles, water balls, two sun umbrellas, etc.) and a few low beach chairs. Additional beach chaise lounge chairs are also available from the resort for free use on the lawn. The snorkeling right out front is excellent—lots of fish and lots of turtles. The waves pick up a little in the afternoon for great boogie boarding and body surfing. On site there is a small convenience store, laundry room, ocean equipment rental, and restaurant (delicious). The condo has lots of clean bath and beach towels (enough for our family of four needed for an 11-night stay). Note that you will only be provided a couple of dishwasher detergent tabs and rolls of toilet paper so will need to purchase more of those. They provided dish detergent, salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Overall this condo is excellent!
