GORGEOUS and COMPLETELY remodeled, unit A-1 beach condo, offering 1-bedroom, 1-bath, sleeps 2, privately situated on the ground floor, and located in a quaint complex of BEACHFRONT condominiums.

Kihei Sands condo complex is located directly on Maui’s EXTRAORDINARY Sugar Beach, one of Maui’s BEST and longest beaches, perfect for a long beach run, walk, kayaking, SUP’ing or just relaxing on the pristine sandy beach. Sugar Beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. Enjoy a walk or jog that extends for miles south towards South Kihei or miles north towards Maalaea Bay.

Our unique complex offers a private OCEANFRONT pool deck and lawn area which includes BBQ's, tables, umbrellas and lawn chairs for your "Ohana" (family) to enjoy "ono grindz", breakfast, lunch or dinners, literally on the beach!

A-1 is a private unit that sits back from the noise of the pool and BBQ area, but still close enough to enjoy, and literally just steps to the sand, you will be sure to relax and unwind in our newly furnished condo, while enjoying dinner on our secluded lanai with partial ocean views or watching the beautiful Maui sunset on the beachfront pool deck.
Unit A1 is situated on the ground floor of a two story condominium complex, first condo off of the parking lot, and with any bottom unit, there will most likely be guests staying in the unit above, we would like to share this information with you, prior to booking Unit A1.

A1 has been COMPLETELY renovated, using only the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens, furniture and details. Your hosts are full-time Maui residents and personally oversee every detail and preparation for your upcoming Maui vacation. For your comfort we have a quiet A/C split Mitsubishi system located both in the dining room and bedroom, in addition, three high-end 52" smart fans with silent DC motors throughout, adding additional cool and quiet relaxation, all with your comfort in mind and to insure you have the best possible experience.
Since we live on-island, we supervise every cleaning and insure all amenities of your condo are to our high standards, all to provide superior comfort for our guests - mālama mākou (we care)!

~ FREE parking: (one vehicle per unit) parking lot located just steps from the condo, easy access!

~ Dining Room: Beautiful beach chic dining area with seating for four or dine on your private grassy area with a covered lanai and bistro table & chairs to enjoy evening pupus, dinners and sunsets.

~ Living Room: Sit back relax on your new sofa sectional, while enjoying the 55" Flat Screen LED Smart TV in serene comfort with A/C system and ceiling fans, this makes for the most enjoyable evenings.

~ Bathroom: EXCEPTIONALLY renovated MARBLE tiled walk-in shower with the most amazing RAINFALL shower head, a truly relaxing experience after a fun filled Maui day! Luxury towels & wash cloths as well as complimentary shower amenities provided.

~ Bedroom: Enjoy a relaxing night's sleep on a brand new King size Memory Foam Mattress, all while watching Maui Island programs on a 32" Smart LED TV. Experience a tranquil night's sleep with Superior 500 thread count luxury sheets & pillowcases, A/C split unit and ceiling fan with silent DC motors. All bedroom windows have Roman shades with blackout lining installed for a deep Maui night's rest. Every detail was chosen for our guest's comfort and unparalleled experience.
~ When using the fan control buttons, please press gently, if you press with too much pressure, it will crack the panel, and you will be liable for cost of repairs/replacement.
~ Laundry Facilities: Two coin operated washers and dryers are located at the ocean end on each floor. Laundry room hours are 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
Rolls of quarters are sold in the office 7 days a week from 9 am – 3 pm. Your host has provided laundry pods, liquid Tide and dryer sheets for your convenience.

A1 hosts are local residents and on island full-time, we are just a phone call away and a short drive from your condo. If you need anything further to make your stay more enjoyable, we are here for you and truly want your experience on Maui to be memorable and we hope you return to our beautiful island of Maui.

A1 Amenities: Iron/Ironing board, Magnifying Make-Up Mirror, Bathroom soap/shampoo/conditioner, luxury bath towels/wash cloths, makeup washcloths, blow dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap/sponges, dishwasher pods, hand soap, cooking oil, olive oil, assorted spices, Keurig coffee and tea selection, assorted magazines and beach towels.

You may find seasonal vegetables, produce, and Proteas in your condo, compliments of your Hosts, grown on our UpCountry Farm, and if you need further supplies during your stay, there are small and large shopping centers close by, where you will find most everything you may need.

Kihei Sands offers a beautiful direct OCEANFRONT common area featuring a beautiful mosaic tiled pool, adjacent lawn area with plenty of lounge chairs, dining tables with umbrellas, two gas BBQs to enjoy all your meals while relaxing poolside or experiencing our GORGEOUS Maui sunsets.

As long time Maui residents, Maui is more than a vacation, you will take away lifetime memories and experiences, we came "to visit" 30 years ago, and never left. Sugar Beach is one of Maui's most pristine beaches, experience Maui Honu (turtles) while swimming and kayaking right in front of your complex, an ideal beach to unwind and re-set.

A short walk down the beach you will find, a Farmer's Market featuring locally grown produce, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice, Sugar Beach Bakery (Yum), and right next door to the condo complex is Dina's Sand Witch, serving an array of food & tropical cocktails.

By car, you have an abundance of choices, from upscale dining to casual "beach attire" eateries. In your condo, you will find a detailed list of restaurants, bars, and local favorites, we have included some of our top picks as well, in addition, you are just a short drive to Safeway, Costco, Foodland, Target, Walmart, The Shops at Wailea, and our wonderful Queen Ka'ahumanu Center.

A1 condo is conveniently and centrally located in Kihei, you are less than 9 miles from Kahului Airport, a short drive to experience the "must see" Historic town of Lahaina and beautiful Westside Maui, or adventure down to the unforgettable Wailea and Makena beaches, and don't forget to drive up to OUR neighborhood and visit Haleakala National Park, YES WE LIVE ON A VOLCANO!!
