Close to Everything Wailea

This was a great place to experience Wailea for much less than the hotels nearby. It had a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a day at the beach- chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards,.. Easy parking, and pool.

Great location in Kihei

We enjoyed our stay and have stayed in various units at Maui Hill. This unit accommodated our group very well. It's always quiet at Maui Hill and we enjoy the pool when not at the beach. My only suggestion would be for the carpets to be professionally cleaned - otherwise the unit was very clean.

Maui Hill fun

Great location, easy walk to beach and shopping. Bathrooms and bedrooms sizes were as listed, but the kitchen was surprisingly small. The grill and pool were conveniently located and we enjoyed them. The view from lanai was nice. We could see the mountain and a little bit of ocean, but the view was not as shown in the listing.

Four nights in Maui

Beautiful accommodations, Convenient. Loved having washer and dryer. We had no trouble with parking. The only recommendation I would make is the hall bathroom needs to have a private door rather than a louver door. Still we loved everything about it!

Comfortable and functional

This unit worked out so great for 4 adults and 2 kids ages 1 and 3! Cleanliness was notable upon our arrival with a pretty view of the ocean in the distance. King beds all the way around was great. Three bathrooms worked really well. Easy access to beaches on the South end of Kihei. Washer/dryer was a bit small considering the number of times we washed towels after beach trips but thankful it was there! Pool is fantastic and open late making for fun evening swims.

We would definitely stay here again.

Towels, and Toiletries also provided. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony so we could superset from each other and have full privacy. The property was meticulously maintained with lush gorgeous foliage. We were able to walk to nearby shopping, the beach, and nightlife.

There was plenty of room for three couples to stay together yet still have privacy when needed. The beach was a 10 minute walk down the hill. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby, and grocery stores and other shopping were a short drive away. The view from the lanai was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool was readily available on the property l, along with other fun activities. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We were happy to find a location with 3 king beds with 3 bathrooms. It's often difficult to find a set up for all couples rather than families. One bathroom was not private on the main floor while the other two were in the bedrooms. Quiet location across the road from the beach. Great central location to quickly get to anywhere. Beach chairs and towels were provided and in good shape. All appliances worked great. Loved the outdoor Lanai sitting area plus each bedroom had a small outside sitting area. Great value for the quality of the unit! The property management company was great to work with and the entire process went very smoothly.

TP, dishwasher and washing soap, trash bags. Suggest to elimate the dusty plastic flowers. Provide cleaning product to clean glass coffee table and dining table. Requested extra supplies. Someone said they would look into it and never returned call. Easy access to beach’s and restaurants but not walkable with kids. Carpet is getting close to needing replacement.

Maui Getaway

We have stayed at Maui hill before in a different condo - this one was way more spacious with great outdoor space and a bathroom for each bedroom. We had 4 adults and 3 young kids and it was a good size for all of us to share space in. The property managers were quick to respond and help when we couldn’t find the travel crib.

Maui Trip

The listing was pretty accurate, except we did not realize it was on the 2nd floor. and one of our guests has a problem with stairs. We really liked the place otherwise. The only issue we had was with the master bedroom TV. When we called someone showed up right away. But they never returned like they said they would. So, the TV was never fixed. Other than that, it was in a good location, near the beach and shops.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location for all our activities. Quiet setting despite being a large complex. Close to popular restaurants and beach.
