These spacious rentals, set in beautifully landscaped grounds, are an ideal setting for a relaxing sun-soaked vacation. Catch some rays next to one of two pools on the property, choose to play some tennis at the on-site tennis court, or toss a Frisbee around on the sprawling grass lawns. All condos also have free WiFi access. The outdoor barbeque areas are a must for grilling the perfect dinner, and you'll love indulging in a night out at a large selection of nearby restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. Also choose to shop at a variety of stores located along South Kihei Rd or at the boutiques showcased at the Shops at Wailea. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
