- The complex is currently finishing up an extensive renovation project. Guests will not be able to access the pool until renovations are complete (in mid-late February), but they are still able to enjoy beach access
- This property supplies a starter kit of supplies (dish soap, dish pods, toiletries, etc). You will need to bring any additional that you may need
- This property is located on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available but stairs are required to access the condo without the elevator
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located above the front door entrance, facing out. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera is motion activated and actively records video and sound when activated by motion and for 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- Pool & beach access from the property are currently unavailable until further notice due to storm damage
