FULLY UPGRADED 2BED/2BATH BREATHTAKING VIEWS ACROSS FROM THE BEACH

Welcome to Paradise! This fully upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has spectacular ocean views from the spacious lanai located in the highly sought after Maui Parkshore Condo Complex. We are unit 309 on the third floor. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and includes basic spices and other necessities. There is an ice maker for cold beverages on the lanai while watching the incredible daily sunsets after a relaxing day at the beach. The living room offers a comfy couch and love seat to enjoy casual conversations or for watching the flat screen smart television. High speed wifi is also included.
The main bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed, portable air conditioner and beautifully appointed 3 piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. A second air conditioning unit has been added to the second bedroom. The guest bath is right next door so everyone can enjoy some privacy. There is a comfy brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious lanai has a table and chairs for meals with a view and a roll down sun shade for those warm afternoons.
Our complex has four professional grade gas barbecues with a covered patio, a shuffleboard game, and a newly updated pool area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, chaise lounges and washrooms. The grounds are lovingly landscaped for everyone’s enjoyment.
Across the street is Kamaole Beach Park 3 where turtle and whale sightings are a daily occurrence (whale season Nov-Mar). Swimming, snorkelling, boogie boarding and sand castle building are all great past times at all 3 of the lifeguard protected, Kamaole beaches.
This ideally located condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants where you can purchase almost anything you could need including groceries, liquor, salons, swim wear, pharmacy, pre-cooked meals, bakery, health foods, car/motorcycle/bike/snorkel gear rentals, ice cream, specialty coffees and of course souvenirs. A short car ride away is the elegant Shops of Wailea shopping mall.
Local tours and activities that you may want to participate in include snorkel tours, whale watching tours, sunset dinner cruises, scuba diving, golf, zip lining, surfing lessons, horseback riding, kayaking/SUP boarding tours, atv adventures plus many more. There is definitely something for everyone of every age on Maui.

Second Stay, Just as Amazing as the First

This was our second time staying at this condo in Kihei, and it won’t be our last! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better just a 2 minute walk to the beach and no more than 10 minutes to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and truly make you feel at home. We love this place!

Perfection!

This condo is perfection!!! The location is amazing, the check-in and out process so easy. The kitchen is complete (almost better than my house ahhaha), spacious layout including the balcony. The photo are exactly what you get!! You have everything for the beach and it was very clean. You can see that’s the building will well manage…they was the pool and bbq every morning!! I would go back anytime

Beautiful, well-supplied home in a great location

The location right across the street from the beach park is unbeatable! The home had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Excellent location!

The location was excellent for our family vacation. We were with a group of four other families all renting condos at Maui Parkshore and it was great - close to beaches, close of restaurants, simply close to everything we needed. Our condo was the oldest of the bunch and could use some refurbishment - tracks on the closet doors a bit rusty, appliances not as new and shower floors impossible to clean. That said, it was comfortable with the right amount of seating, comfortable beds, nice towels, and way more dishes, utensils and appliances than you will ever need. The porch sunshade is a must have and that made the lanai useable in the afternoon. There are beach chairs (we left an extra so there are 5) and umbrellas (not the good Tommy Bahama ones but serviceable) as well as toys noodles and other fun beach things. The property is spotless and the manager there works constantly.We really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo.

If you are looking for great value and great location, this condo is for you! With loads of space, upper end finishings, amazing view, and right across the street from an amazing beach with superb snorkeling! There are a few airconditioning options, but the evening breeze takes care of the heat when you sleep.

Spring Break

We haven’t been to Maui for 18 years. We didn’t know where to go. I searched VRBO for months trying to find the right please. This ended up being the right place. We were across the street from a beach park and blocks away from food and shopping. Our view was gorgeous. The condo was lovely.

Maui Wowee!

We loved our stay at this condo. It's location in south Kihei was perfect for all our planned Maui adventures. The water at Kam II & Kam III was perfection (which are both pretty much directly across from this condo). The condo has a "toy box" on the lanai with beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards and more. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. (And the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking meals to help save a few bucks on a few meals.) The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus! Would definitely return to this unit for future trips. Mahalo!

Best View Ever!

Comfortable, clean and well supplied. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony and also watching the sunset. We would have liked all info (key code, parking space, pool code, check in info, etc.) sent all on one page. Location was outstanding.

Great location and host

Condo is in a great location and has all you need for a great vacation. Having breakfast and dinner on the spacious balcony always had a feel of being on vacation. Some additional cleaning of child/infant contact surfaces, especially on the balcony, would be great. The condo is very well equipped and the beach related items were very useful. All in all we were happy to have found Beth’s place and recommend it.

Maui Stay

Overall the property was as advertised except for some unforseen circumstances during our stay. The property owner had the swimming pool and barbecue area going through a refurbishment during our stay and we couldn't use it. But the manager compensated us with a refund. Secondly, the owner lent the unit out to a family affected by the fire and the place was left a mess which required extensive cleaning. Because of that we couldn't check in at our promised time and had to wait. Those were the only negatives. Everything else was excellent and as advertised.

Good value for money condo, with a nice location oposite the beach. The A/C situation is unfortunately quite poor. One portable A/C unit in each of the bed rooms (although one locked up during our stay) makes for noisy sleeping conditions with very inefficient cooling of the room. The westward facing living/dining area is a nice place, but has no A/C, and tend to get wery warm during afternoons, even when trying to utilice the available balcony screen and airing through with open doors in both ends of the condo.

A Perfect Getaway in Kihei Maui!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Kihei Maui for a family vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings and the quality and cleanliness of our accommodation and the exterior common areas. First and foremost, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the dinners we enjoyed on the lanai. The amazing sunsets while we enjoyed our dinner was unforgettable. The lanai provided the perfect setting for all four of us to unwind and enjoy our meals. The condo was clean and maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo itself was well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished, providing us with all the comforts of home.The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare our meals. The pool and bbq areas were kept very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our first time in Maui. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation.

Condo life for those that forget like we did.

Surprised how loud it was with neighbors out on the balconies smoking and partying. Some places are packed full of people so the noise in the evening is surprisingly loud. Pool when full you can hear every conversation as it goes in to the room like a bullhorn. The actual bullhorn from the lifeguards across the street yelling at people goes right into the room. Other than that it’s pretty tranquil and well proportioned for a family of three or four. The smoke from neighbors smoking weed got old but they only did it every night and currently as I write this. This condo is literally in the middle of all the action in this area.

Great Beach Vacation

We just spent a week at this condo for a family beach vacation. The place was great! It had everything we needed for all activities - cooking, beach, laundry, relaxing, etc. The location was great too, with snorkeling in the morning and boogie boarding in the afternoon right across the street. We highly recommend this place!
