Ensure that meals are standard and not only when the lodge has large groups. We paid just as the large group so we expected the same service. When a large group checks in, the meals are great with lots of desserts and options. However, when the group left and we were still there, our meal was poor. Basic meal with only a banana or small fruit as dessert.
There is no wifi connection in the lodge, not even the main building for the entire 4 nights and 5 days we were there. The lodge should let customers know in the marketing that there is internet but the connection is non-existent. Customers can prepare accordingly instead of marketing wifi that is never available.
The lodge also understates how steep the hill/steps to the rooms are. Rooms are also a bit dusty
