Even though we payed for an extra bed we did not receive extra towels after cleaning and had to ask for more in the reception every day for 5 days and when we were running out of toilet paper they did not replace the roll. The room was not cleaned thoroughly - there where hair in the drain from earlier guests, carpet were dirty, stains on wall in the bathroom.

Staff was wonderful, they cleaned the room and brought towels reactively.
Pool/barstaff great people as well
Food was ok, not great
Had toilet problems upon arrival, they fixed it within the hour.
I would recommend this hotel.
