"Stayed 5 nights in single room. The room was very cosy and nicely equipped,with everything u need. Would have given 5 stars in comfort,if the bed had been a little better. Excellent water pressure.
The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was friendly. It was very great watching the sunrise on the rooftop with the view of Tunis city. "

As VIP hotel we expected a much better hotel. The hotel has 16 rooms, and is in an old jail. The room we got, which was not possible to change - also felt like a jail. It was in basement floor, and some of the only...

"This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French.

"Nothing to put a finger on - simply a friendly staff, they attend to your every need and the morning buffet is really good. I use this hotel every time I go to Tunis. It really spares me of any head aches or difficulties. All in all - 5 stars and acceptable price. Also - it is very central to the places I attend in Tunis."
