The road in front is almost entirely blocked as there were building works going on. I also had an issue with in room dining in which I called the restaurant and reception well over 10 times and they never picked up. "Had to ask the front desk to clean the room. Never when the sign was left on to clean was it done. But it’s fine. Everyone was friendly attentive and prompt when asked. Very professional atmosphere overall "

"If you are a non-smoker this is not a hotel for you. The halls and rooms smell of smoke and the ventilation system makes sure that the smell is transported around. The coffee at breakfast is good but the rest of the buffet could be better."
