Brilliant Indian food.
Stayes for business purpose. Worked fine. Sometimes a bit noisy because it is more a leaisure/theme hotel forbholidays and weddings.

Not worth the money
Not so great experience here. The room wasn’t clean. Service was sub par, particularly travel assistance and front desk. I was messed around for two hours whilst waiting for a taxi and eventually told Id need to wait another hour. Service is nonexistent They also charge 6,500 inr for a taxi back to Mumbai (local rate is 1,800). Please note this is very much catered for children and there is extremely loud music and character dancing played at breakfast.

Room condition was deplorable. There were cracks on room walls. Furniture was broken. there was no carpet. I was expecting far more superior room quality for 150 SGD. It was like a 2 star hotel. No way near 4 stay as Novotel claims. Also the quality and spread of breakfast was average. extremely disappointed

The food was good. The staff was busy with overload of work due to weekend and marriage function at hotel but otherwise the staff was cooperative. The food was very expensive.

If your visiting Imagica might as well have a good stay here property is good. Amenities like Swiming pool etc were closed but the entire area is truly the highlight of the place. Food was good especially the breakfast.

Fully Unequipped To Handle Capacity
We stayed 2 nights and Imagicaa also isn't really well maintained. Hence avoid for a bit if you are planning the same. Understaffed, No Ala Carte Available at restaurant. After voicing our concerns finally they did serve us reluctantly since we dint want to the buffet and no other restaurants nearby outside either. Food was very good. No proper sign boards on Pune Expressway showing exit to NOVOTEL. Remember from Mumbai its after you pat the 1st expressway toll to take the KHOPOLI exit which is quite small and rough roads. Cleanliness was quite bad at the hotel. Even room cleanup wasn't good. Pretty much nothing much to do in the hotel since pool / spa / etc was shut. Just some indoor games like foosball / TT / Etc were there to kill time Room Service took forever. Door keys dint work since property hasn't been maintained and door batteries not changed. Housekeeping / Room cleanup was underpar. Cobwebs under the bed. No replenishment of toiletries / etc. Knowing we were 2 adults + 2 kids yet they maintain only 2 towels in the room even after requesting a few times. They did send to the room eventually since it was a necessity. Concierge to pick luggage during check out not available. Only 3 counters combined for check in and check out took us 30+ mins for both procedures. Staff tried to do whatever best they could however with this kind of resources nothing much can be done. Valet at check out was fully mishandled and was quite bad.

Okay for 1 day stay.
Very badly maintained, average breakfast and below average service. Everything was closed and restricted and due to fewer employees nothing was maintained. Parking area is not maintained.

Very bad experience
Average hotel and should have only one or two star rating. We planned stay at this hotel to celebrate Valentine Day. Before making reservation hotel confimed that they have arranged special event (pool side party) on the occasion of Valentine Day. Till Check In they confirmed about the event and @9.30pm we got to know, due to less occupancy they have cancelled this party. Really very disappointed situation for all family members. Never expected such shocks from group like Novatel. Apart from this they were not ready to serve a la carte menu and forcing to have very expensive buffet. Finally we went outside at 10pm and had dinner 15 km away with small kids. Rooms were also very small with poor maintenance and stinking smell. At breakfast the guy at entry point was very loud (you should have politeness while communicating with your guests). Overall very bad experience and will not visit again
