" This is an outstanding hotel. Without exception the staff were absolutely wonderful - couldn’t be more helpful and friendly from start to finish. The accommodation was fantastic too and our bed was so comfortable we were reluctant to leave it! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and the location was also superb as it’s so central and part of the lovely Old Quarter of Hanoi. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future. Meanwhile will recommend to all our friends and family."

"Det var de sødeste og venligste mennesker man mødte over alt …alle gør deres bedste ! Og placering er super fin i forhold til byen. Morgenmanden er helt i top. Vi var der 3 gange på vores tur og ville klart komme igen."

"Such a nice hotel and extremely helpfull staff. Grace in the reception was able to help us get to seats on an overnight train which seemed to be sold out online, that saved the day! All the staff where great and the location was ideal for walking around the old quarter. "
