Spacious Condo w/ Great Alpine Views from Private Balcony w/ Gas Fireplace!

  • This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a spacious balcony with treed and mountain views. The shuttle stop is right next to the parking lot making for an easy ride to the slopes. Lodgepole offers shared amenities including an indoor pool and an hot tub.

    This second floor walk-up features a living area with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There's a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The spacious private balcony can be accessed through from the living area and has treed and mountain views.

    The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It offers large picture frame windows across one wall with beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, and the shower/tub combination and toilet area are separated by a door for added privacy. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV and large picture frame windows across one wall with beautiful views.

    Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

    (For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Convenient location to ski A-Basin and explore Dillon

Well kept, plenty of kitchenware, lots of space, priced right, & very convenient! Ski locker on 1st floor came in real handy. Truly enjoyed our stay.

A very nice, comfortable place in a great location for our short stay. A picturesque paved path lby the Snake River was next to the property and waa great for walks, runs, and bikes. We would stay here agiain.

Excellent condo for our family. Clean, comfy, decorated cute. Plenty of towels and all kitchen items you will need to prepare meals for your family. Plenty of parking. Great shower pressure with hot water. Would stay here again!

everything was clean, plenty of towels & tp & other necessities for 5 people for a week+ stay. received several texts throughout our stay asking if we needed anything, and responses were quick and helpful. this is by far the best place we have ever stayed as a family - would highly recommend any property run by Summit!

My toddler and I stayed here as a short vacation while my husband had work to do elsewhere in Colorado and had my parents join us. It was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Behind the condos is a walking path near the river and was a terrific bonus! The balcony was fun to watch squirrels from. Very comfortable, mostly toddler friendly (balcony has a few gaps and the railing is climbable), and clean. Whenever we come back to Summit County, we will aim to stay here again!

It was in the perfect location for wanting to get to the slopes fast without being on the slope property! Clean, lots of space, AMAZING fireplace that kept us warm!, pool and hot tub just a 20 sec walk!, and lockers for snowboards! Will stay again when I come back!

Great Condo - Stayed 2 weeks in June/July

We loved this condo and would 100% come back again. Great location, nice views, easy pool access (perfect for my kids), nice deck, kitchen, living room, and more. We walked along the Snake River every day, just steps from the condo. Easy access to Keystone Village and shopping in Dillon. Highly recommend.

Excellent as Advertised

This property lived up to its high ratings and reviews. The condo was in good condition, very clean and had plenty of room The location of the unit in proximity to parking and the clubhouse with the pool and hot tub was very close. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.
