Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds or property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. Location, location, location and ski views! Enjoy this quiet 3 bedroom penthouse in River Run with 20' cathedral ceilings throughout, upgraded flooring, granite countertops, and it is situated on the slope view side of the building. The dining room can seat up to 8 people, great for having a meal with the whole family. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like you're right at home. In the living room there are comfy furnishings surrounding the gas fireplace and flat screen TV for a nice night in with the family. The spacious private patio wraps around the entire unit and boasts stunning views of the ski slopes. There is a private washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and private patio entrance. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a spacious standing shower. The second primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and large standing shower. The guest bedroom features two twin bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Red Hawk Lodge has some of the best amenities in Keystone. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the year-round heated outdoor pool or hot tub. There is also a pool table, fitness room, ski lockers, sauna, game room, and a courtyard with an outdoor dining area and communal grill. Step out your patio door, and walk the short 3 minutes to the gondola! River Run Village is also only a 3 minute walk away, where you can enjoy all the dining, shopping and night life. There is heated underground parking for one car.

The lodge is a great location, close to the lift and little shopping area around River Run. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and heated pool. The room was a great size for our family and friends. It was a little hard to navigate where to go on arrival because it was dark when we arrived and couldn’t see where our access to the garage was. One of the bathrooms was missing a lightbulb, but the staff were quick to replace it. Overall, a nice stay!

Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed this 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. There was enough space for two couples, plus a bunk room. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and supplies when we arrived. I appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit. Although the location was a short drive from stores and restaurants, it was close enough to Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. Our only problem was confusion about accessing the building. The check-in packet we received did not have enough information, and the construction site across the street obscured the entrance. I'm sure they are trying to finish that project before ski season!

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers). We even had a couple of extra beds that no one slept in. It was such a pleasure to have a large table for meals and games. When people needed a little alone time that was also very easy. The lifts are so close! We’ll definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location

Beautiful place. Description is accurate. For us, the best part was a 2-3 minute walk (with boots) to the Gondola. Really reasonably priced for the number it sleeps - and the cost can be divided by. Keep the price in this range for folks like me and my friends and we'll be back.

excellent and spacious

The space was spacious for our large family. The layout was good. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware and glasses and plates. The view was fine despite the construction in the parking lot across the street...FYI you'll still be able to see the slopes when the new building is built. The elevator is a thing but with a little planning, it's really not a big deal. Would never consider it a deal breaker on this fabulous vacation rental. We would definitely come back and stay again. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day on the slopes. The walk to the slopes is easy. The coffee pot has a permanent filter so that's good to know for planning purposes. We would all highly recommend this location. We have 4 kids aged 18-22 and 2 spares 22 and 24. And we were all super comfy and didn't feel on top of each other. Double master and bunk room set up is a great find. Thanks for opening your lovely home to us!

Spacious and nicely appointed kitchen

We had a great stay at this unit. It was a nice set up for two couples and 3 children. We had fun dinners at the big table and enjoyed the nicely appointed kitchen - quality pots and pans, fondue pots, plenty of plates and flatware.

Great unit, great location won’t be back.

This was a great rental, everything was exactly as pictured. Nice comfortable, everything you needed. Great view of the mountain and easy walk to Gondola/River Run Village. Parking was easy, a little tight for a Suburban, but covered and convenient. Check In was a breeze and it was even ready a little early! All that was great! Now the not so great, 1 elevator for the entire building, that includes all the staff, cleaning folks etc. plan on waiting 15-20 mins for the elevator EVERYTIME you have to ride it - yep, going down, 20 mins, going back up 20 mins. Stairs were at either end of the long hallways, but no access to the parking garage via stairwell, so if you take the stairs, you either have to wait for the elevator - yep 20 mins - OR walk outside, down the hill to the garage and enter from the outside. So if you are carrying anything, groceries, ski boots, a small child it’s a major pain in the rear - so much so I wouldn’t stay here again even though the unit itself was great! If you have patience or maybe are there on a slower weekend (we were there president’s Day) maybe it’s no issue at all. In the same vein, we were there 4 days and never were able to use the hot tub or the pool table, always full. I can’t believe having only one elevator meets code. Unit was nice though, maybe we were just unlucky.
