Important Things to Note:

Guests are welcome to use the boat dock during their stay. It can accommodate boats up to 35 feet in length. The boat lift, and jetski are NOT available for guest use.

House Rules:

-Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

-Minimum rental age: 25

-All guests must sign our rental agreement

-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

-No parties or extra guests without approval

-No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

-Television & Subscriptions Policy: Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property's accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee covering costs and administrative expenses.

-Baby Bundle: We offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs. prior to your arrival.

-Pet Policy: We love dogs 🐶
$325 per dog. Please clean up after your pup and keep them off furniture. No cats or other pets.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement:
For all extended stays of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days.
If your reservation is 60 days, two mid-stay cleanings will be required, and so on.
This helps keep the home maintained during longer stays and ensures everything stays in great condition.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: $250
