"Pros: Nice, clean, great service and friendly staff. Clean room, toilet separate from shower area so one can still use the toilet if another is showering. Central to all the shopping and street food in Naha. Pretty close to monorail. All taxis know of this hotel. Breakfast buffet with various Japanese/American type food options. Cons: no laundry room on site, they offer laundry services to be sent away and cleaned, pretty pricey as they charge per clothing piece. I opted not to do laundry here...

"Overall, a very nice hotel with welcoming entrance & lounge. The interior is biophilic, with plenty of natural materials like jute, wood and plants. Easy check in, nice staff. "This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, it was great. The only problem was with the Expedia booking: although we paid for the included breakfast when we booked, the hotel staff said we had not. So we had to pay twice for breakfast. This is an Expedia problem (google "Expedia breakfast scam" and you'll see), not a Strata problem, so better not to select breakfast if you book through Expedia. Better yet, book directly through the hotel or a different booking agency. "
