"A very good hotel, friendly staff, a good location opposite the Arcade Shopping Centre, good large rooms that has what one needs and where everything functions. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit dark, if used to work from and do not have a view of any kind. However both the restaurant and the pool has good and pleasant areas which can be used to work from. The service and the coffee is good."

"We've stayed before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's still great though a few small improvements would greatly enhance the client experience : 1 - UPS backup on at least the Internet service. There's frequent load shedding and while main power is restored by Generator within 60 seconds Internet can take up to 30 mins. Having UPS on this at least would mostly negate this. It's a first world problem I appreciate, but it's a premium property so not a unreasonable ask. 2- Do not disturb...

"My go-to place for work trips to Lusaka. Located a bit hidden on a pot-holed side road, but roomy and well-designed apartments allow for a relaxed stay and productive (work) meetings. Extra plus is a director and staff that will bend over backwards to help you solve any problem you encounter, no matter if you need to borrow a laptop charger or struggle to comply with some government formality. In my view hard to beat in terms of value-for-money."

"The staff really makes you feel like you are a valued guest. The shopping centre is nearby within walking distance."

"The place was awful. The shower only dripped water. Weak WiFi. An air conditioner that could only be turned on manually, remote to stop the air from blowing on you didn’t work. The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did. He lied to me. "

"There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies. The wifi was there but in my room there was not signal. We were there for business, amd we cant work efficiently in that kind of environment. So we wanted to shorten our stay at this lodge, but...
