Inside, you will find a cozy master bedroom located on the 2nd floor with a comfortable king size bed. The guest room is on the 2nd floor and offers a cozy queen bed, and a sofa bed perfect for extra visitors located in the den on the 1st floor. 1st Floor bathroom offers a tub and shower that makes getting ready a breeze. The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs with a stand alone shower right outside both bedrooms for your convince.

The interior is modern, bright, and air-conditioned for your comfort during your stay. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with both a breakfast bar and a dining room table. The living room has a smart TV to stream your favorite TV show or curl up in front of the fireplace to play boardgames with the family. After dinner each evening, escape to the cozy den/office lounge area, offering extra privacy and another great spot to relax, read, or enjoy some quiet time away from the main living area.

This two-story cottage has a private patio just off the kitchen with a gas grill and table and chairs, perfect for enjoying an evening meal after a long day of exploring. In the morning, sit on the patio sipping your morning coffee enjoying the sound of nature.

Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve is a gated community offering resort amenities in a peaceful location. While in the community, enjoy access to 2 outdoor heated pools, a clubhouse with a gym, and game room equipped with a foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard and a poker room. There's also firepits and a 68 acre nature preserve with beautiful trails that are accessible at the back of the complex.

While out exploring, visit the well known Dock square in Kennebunk for shopping and dinning. The local beaches are only 15 minutes away, Kennebunk only four miles away, Old Orchard Beach ( 30 mins), Nubble Light House (21 miles), Portland (25 miles), and North Conway one hour.
There is even mini golf and ice cream right outside of the complex.
Arundel is a great location to do day trips in Maine.

Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The driveway is on the smaller size and may not accommodate larger vehicles. If cars do not fit please park them at guest parking just before the gate. Parking passes need to be on the rearview mirror. No street parking at any time.
