Located 1 mile from gorgeous Goose Rocks Beach in Kennebunkport, enjoy what this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo has to offer. In addition to the close proximity to Goose Rocks Beach (a serene 3 mile sandy beach) and a short walk to Goose Rocks Dairy, the property has a Clubhouse with game rooms, pool and ping pong tables, workout facilities and an heated indoor pool with hot tub, a well as an outdoor pool and playground for your enjoyment. Minutes from the condo is the General Store, Wolfe’s Lobster (where they steam the lobsters for you), The Tides Beach Club for lunch and dinner near the beach and the Community House which has weekly memberships for tennis, pickle ball and a wonderful kids’ camp.

This second floor condo is a bright and welcoming space. It has been meticulously maintained by the owners and they have made improvements each season. Upon entering, there is a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and/or evening cocktail. The two bedroom condo featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and a second with a bunk bed as a double and a twin bed, is perfect for families or friends. There are dressers and closets for storage. The main open living area contains a sectional and coffee table for TV viewing and a dining table that seats four which flows into the kitchen area.

The condo has two bathrooms (one full with tub/shower and a half bath), a fully stocked kitchen, tv with cable, high speed internet access, washer and dryer, air conditioning, sheets and towels and beach chairs. Upon your arrival you will be greeted with fresh flowers and baked goods.
