This coastal Maine retreat offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring a restful and luxurious stay for up to 8 guests.

• The primary suite, on the second floor of one side of the house, is a private sanctuary. It features a plush queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a smart TV, and dressers for ample clothing storage.
• Bedroom #2: A serene room with a queen-size bed.
• Bedroom #3: A cozy queen bedroom.
• Bedroom #4: A spacious room featuring another queen-sized bed.

~ BATHROOMS ~

The home’s 3 full bathrooms provide a spa-like experience with custom touches. One owner's ensuite bathroom offers walk-in shower and a double vanity for added comfort. The hallway bathroom on the second floor includes a shower/tub combo, great for families with kids. The third full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower is located off the den. Each bathroom is stocked with all the essentials needed for the duration of your stay.

The heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, designed for culinary inspiration. Equipped with high-end appliances, abundant counter space, and a spacious island, this kitchen is perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Adjacent is a dining table, creating a space for memorable family dinners.

The three distinct seating areas create various spaces where people can socialize, unwind, or enjoy different activities while maintaining comfort and flow.

The first seating area near the kitchen seems ideal for casual conversations, allowing guests to mingle without disrupting the cooking action—great for when people want to stay connected but don’t want to be in the way.
The Den is a cozy and inviting space for family fun. With natural light pouring in and a large TV for entertainment, it must be a perfect spot for both relaxation and family movie night.

•Linens provided for the all queen-size beds (4).

•Kitchen with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher helps make cleanup easy.

No childproofing has been done at this house, but we welcome children and families.

Yard maintenance (mowing, tick & mosquito spraying, etc.) may occur occasionally in the summer. They won't interrupt you, but unfortunately, we cannot give you advance notice. They arrive on their terms.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town!

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
