"Our first time back in Belize in 18 years . Umaya was the perfect place. The views over the lagoon towards the Maya mountains are perfect backdrop after a day at the beach and pool. The staff were great, very helpful with booking trips etc. The restaurant is excellent and the wood burning Pizzeria ..."

"Julia’s Cabanas is a great place on the beach in Placencia. The AC is cold and necessary in May. The bed/sheets/pillows are really good. Shelly is the best. She has great communication and cares about her guests. She is attentive and happy to be of service. She is such an asset to the property."
