The property features three cabins:
Main Cabin: Full kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed and loft with two full beds, plus separate room behind the cabin with full size bed.
Front River Cabin: One bedroom and a loft, each with a full-size bed, additional bed in living space.
Back Cabin: Two bedrooms with full beds and loft area with one full-size bed.
Enjoy riverfront access, BBQ & Traeger grill, fishing amenities including a cleaning station, Vac Masters, & guest-use freezers.

The hot tub shown in some photos is no longer available at the property and not a part of the current amenities.
The stairs leading to the loft are steep, and the loft does not have full standing height. Accessibility may be limited for some guests. Use caution when accessing the loft. Some cabin sleeping areas are open-concept and may not be fully enclosed bedrooms. These spaces may not provide complete privacy.
Please remember to adhere to the property rules below during your stay:

Respect the Property: Please treat the home as if it were your own. Take care not to damage, misuse, or remove any furnishings, fixtures, or amenities.
Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during late evening and early morning hours. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and the surrounding community.
Follow the House Guide: Each property includes a digital or printed guidebook containing important information and any property-specific rules. Please review and follow all instructions provided.
Communicate with Your Host: If you have any questions, maintenance concerns, or issues during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Keep the Property Clean: Please leave the property in substantially the same condition as when you arrived, including disposing of trash properly and cleaning up after yourselves.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. unless prior written approval has been granted. Late departures may result in additional charges.
No Smoking, No Pets & No Parties: All properties are strictly non-smoking, pet-free, and party-free unless otherwise expressly approved in writing.
Children: Our properties are marketed as welcoming to families and children. However, please be aware that we do not provide child-specific amenities such as cribs, high chairs, baby gates, outlet covers, cabinet locks, or other childproofing features unless specifically stated in the listing. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times and determining whether the property is appropriate for their family’s needs.
Riverfront Properties (Where Applicable): Properties located on or near a river present inherent natural hazards, including but not limited to swift currents, changing water levels, uneven terrain, slippery rocks, docks, wildlife, and cold water conditions. By choosing to stay at a riverfront property, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to use the riverfront area entirely at their own risk. Guests accept full responsibility for supervising all members of their party, especially children, and agree to hold harmless and release the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any liability for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages arising from the use of the riverfront, shoreline, dock, or surrounding outdoor areas, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds issued in accordance with our cancellation policy will be processed less any non-refundable payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% of the booking total) incurred at the time of payment.
